I had the rattle noise at cold start up for 4-5 seconds. I am 90% sure it was the common timing chain not getting oil pressure at start up issue. I added valve medic engine cleaner and the noise went away!!!!

Seafoam would have been the better option. 1.5 oz per quart of oil for like 100 miles then change oil and filter. But you def need to change your oil after using the other stuff if you haven't yet.
