    CM FX 300 Kit

I need the FX 300 kit but confused - whats the difference between segmented kevlar rigid disc and segmented kevlar sprung disc - which one do I need I'm still on the stock clutch and wanted to use a new OEM dual mass flywheel pros and cons vs single mass steel or aluminum flywheel?

    Thanks.

Rigid is for DMF, Sprung is for SMF. I'd go with steel, the alum tend to chatter a bit, and it would most likely be better for daily use as the flywheel keeps some more momentum and won't drop RPM's as fast for daily use.

It may not look like much now, but we at CTS have recently acquired another 2800sq feet of workshop space. This new space will allow us to expand our current R&D department and house two additional lifts for high performance modifications and general maintenance on European cars. Locals keep posted for an open house in the coming months to our new digs, progress pictures will be posted on our Facebook and Blog as numerous renovations are made.

Unfortunately Joe’s 20th had to leave Thursday, equipped with a fresh FX400, CTS FMIC kit and some fresh fluids. Late in the day a DBP R32 showed up to take a tour of the shop. As soon as our Golf .:R shows up we’ll be ready to host a CTS Turbo exclusive .:R BBQ meetup…
