Team A.C.E. (Audi Car Enthusiast) are proud to announce that we are now expanding to the Connecticut area. We are growing in numbers daily and it is time that we complete our true tri-state circle. So anyone in the CT area interested in meeting up and creating a new chapter please post or email us at Teamaceny@gmail.com. We need at least 3-4 members to official start the chapter so lets get the ball rolling now.

I sent the invites from the names you sent me. Im not expecting a lot of responses right away. It took the NJ chapter 6+ months to kick off after it was first announced. and now they seem more active than us..haha

to be a member you dont have to be at any mandatory meetings or jump through any hopes. Just have a passion for Audis and be willing to be involved when ever you can. We all have outside duties so trust me i understand. Whenever you come to your first meeting. you will be brought up to speed on anything that is going on with us. Also you can always check in with the NY or NJ chapter to see what functions we are having. so if there is anything else you need to know, feel free to contact me and i will be more than happy to reach out to you

I am heading to CT tomorrow evening to go karting with some s4 buddies. If anybody is interested shoot me a PM. Im driving up after work if anybody wants to follow. Quote below from the organizer.

Time for a karting event!! Friday (tomorrow) night. We will be meeting at EPL between 4:30-5:00 then heading to karting at around 6:00. If you dont want to meet at EPL, meet us at On Track Karting in Wallingford at 6:00. I plan on doing 3 races and then grabbing some dinner and beer. If it were up to me I would say either Mohegan Sun or Foxwoods, both have large parking lots, although mohegan has what I think is the ultimate parking garage. Not sure what everyone thinks of traveling to SE CT though.

I've never had a problem with security, mostly they are just interested in what's going on. Come to think of it, I don't know any group that has met at mohegan and been kicked out. Oh, and all parking garages and lots are free.

Yeah, it's just about 2 hours from the ny/ct border going 95 to 395. I just threw it out as an idea, most of the meets I see in CT are on the western side which is about 2 hour drive for me which is why I don't go. But I would be down if someone found a spot more towards central ct.
