For Daily Driving on 18lbs its great. I am not going crazy boosting the car all over the place, as the car needs to be tuned more. In boost AFR is 12, an cold start needs to be tuned.
I have a checklist of few little things to get done/fixed, so that next season we can fully tune on a mustang Dyno. Next season I want Dyno results and track time.
My tranny and clutch have been holding up pretty well with all the latest abuse we put it through. I wish i had more videos.
Let me know how the car drives after you put it in. Did you machine the flywheel?
drives great! got to get used to the release and how tight the pedal is. We checked over the clutch and looked really good. We hit the fly wheel with a scuff pad in the air tool. Cleaned it up nice and removed any uneven surfaces.
In later news today..dropped the tranny, and pulled clutch...no bueno. Two of the kevlar pads on the flywheel disc are gone, while the rest are a little beaten up. The Pressure plate kevlar disc is 100% fine, the flywheel is 100% fine. Will be contacting CM tomorrow. I have the twin disc 850. Lets not jump to conclusions here, until i speak to CM. Pics to follow.

850 TD on a FWD A4? That is pretty major over kill. This would be the first time I have heard of the fibertuff falling off the that type of disk, must have gotten pretty hot for it to do that.

It's weird that the pressure plate disc is in perfect condition, and only the flywheel side got damaged. I don't how that would have happened. The car hasn't even been aggressively launched.
i bet your wishing you didnt sell me that OFE SS right about now
Get this running by March 3rd! Dyno day up at EFI in CT. Andy with his R33 6262 is gonna dyno too!
Clint told me the SB OFE SS was still the best...but I don't regret it...helping out a fellow AZ member out weighs the regret. I sure as hell don't miss that stiff clutch.
How has it been treating you?
The car will be up and running before then!

Its been good. Driving in traffic sucks, but used to it now. I apprecite the help, thank you again.

Are you running dual fibertuff disks?
I talked to CM yesterday and they said that it has only happen a few times, usually because the disk gets too hot causing the bonding material to fail and the disk to come off. I just had Greg's old TD 850 rebuilt which had dual fibertuff disks on it, the disk material was still attached to the disks but was pretty much worn all the way down. Someone is now running that clutch as a super single with a single Bronze Ceramic disk.
i am hustling to make it. Someone keyed my car when it was parked on the street at the shop.
The car will be getting the tyrol caliper slider installed, then to PAG Parts for some minor things to be addressed, and then to Body shop for it to go under the knife.
I am starting to think my slave rod needs to be shortened. We put the new disc in, and it still sings when you press the clutch pedal in. I no longer get only the squeal when in 1st gear, which i have heard is the normal sound. i will try to take a vid and most.

As some of you may know already, I have a Clutch Master FX850 Twin Disc in my car. For some back ground info:
Initial Install: When stepping on clutch never made noise in video. It only squealed when coming off clutch in 1st gear.
2nd install: Car made noise in video whenever clutch was pressed. Even when going from 2nd-3rd gear, and so on. Dropped tranny to investigate, and found that flywheel disc was missing two pads.
3rd install: Replaced Flywheel disc and still same scenario as "2nd install".
In the video i am already in car and press on clutch. Then I put car in 1st and get car moving, throw it in reverse to back car back up, and back again in 1st to pull forward. Each time you hear the noise only when I step on the clutch.
I am speculating that the slave rod needs to be shortened, because it is push the fork to forward...What do you think?
