Looks awesome!
Would highly recommend the OSIR side skirts instead of the OEM ones...would look awesome with the front splitter on red IMHO.

Looks like I can wait and see what yours will look like :)
I'm not sure I want the contrast down the side, I think I'll stick with the colour matched Stone sills and keep the carbon in front and back.....and maybe the OSIR mirrors when (or if) they ever make them with Side assist cutouts.

I'm planning to eventually do coilovers but I'm worried that if I buy them and lower it (and start rubbing on 255's with a ET32..which is quite likely) then I'll be forced to buy another set of tires (245's) ...which I don't want to do yet......a costly domino effect :)

LOL.....I like them....it's a subtle mod. I'll do BBK after I get some use out of the stocks. Unfortunately, this is another domino issue ...... when I go BBK I'll be forced to buy a larger set of winter wheels/tires to fit over the new larger brakes....my winters are 17's.

Wow, very nice ride! Do coilovers, dont worry about rubbing, the best thing about coilovers is you can adjust them so if you rub just raise a bit more on them and your good. Atleast its used to close up the wheels gap. Im liking the car alot though!

Wow, lots of quality upgrades Cory! Very well done so far, but I agree that it should go lower to take it to the next level. Can't wait to see the progression.

Sweet avant. Lower for sure. And it looks like your exhaust tips are causing a carbon deposit on your bumper, might want to push them out further..I blame it on the HFC.

Sure, I'll see what I can do about a vid. The exhaust/HFC has calmed down quite a bit and is now a subtle tone while cruising that opens up at higher revs with a nice blip on WOT gear changes.

Not really noticeable to me but if you would like to clean my bumper when you're back in town, your welcome to :) The exhaust has been adjusted a few times and I'm happy with the way it is now....she lines up perfect. HFC or not, there was carbon exiting on the stock exhaust as well....your tips have it too.

I know....everyone wants lower. It doesn't really bother me too much but I agree that it would look a little better with less gap. I'm actually more interested in coilovers for performance reasons, than stance. I'll put some thought into it but I'll probably end up waiting until next spring at this point. Winter coming :)

I know, I have been meaning to, I already have wink disabled, and full bright on parking lights for the LEDs. Likewise I have done the windows/roof courtesty, VIM, lap timer, and the usual goodies

nice ride! Where did you get the audi decal for the brakes? Did you take them off to paint? and what pain did you use?

I actually had them painted at a local shop that painted, supplied/applied the ring decals and then cleared over.....they didn't charge much to do them all or I would have done it myself.

I've been doing some serious research on Meth kits over the past few weeks and have made my mind up to go in that direction for cooling charge AND gaining power. I'm looking at the Snow and Labonte systems. Interestingly enough the Snow system is basically the Labonte system re-packaged. Since my local installer uses Labonte, I'll probably go with it. My local installer was very knowledgeable and has done several installs. I've been also told that Dan Labonte is very accessible for questions and is one of the pioneers of water/meth systems. I plan to call him in the next few days to discuss my specific options (boost/MAF controlled, injector size, safe guards, injection maps etc.).
Similar to "Nght&Day-B8" I'm going to test/log with Meth before I consider a FMIC. Up to now I've been dead set on the Eurocode FMIC but their release delays have given me time to look into alternatives and I'm pretty convinced that Meth is the way to go, and an aftermarket FMIC will become unnecessary. Stay tuned.

Received OEM Gloss Black Grill w/ gloss black license plate holder and "Stone guards" from Neil@Owasco. Stone guards will be dropped off for paint this week and hopefully have them installed by the end of the week (if a pending business trip doesn't pop-up).
Installed the OEM Gloss Black grill today. As everyone else has pointed out it's a very simple job that just takes a bit of time. It took ~2 hours (by myself) from start to finish and I didn't remove the wheels.....just turned them to each extreme to peel back the wheel liner enough to reach a few locations on the side.
WOW....does this grill look so much better!....I'm not sure why gloss black wasn't the stock grill on all trim levels. Pictures will follow after I can wash the car and get the stone guards installed.

Did the same gloss black S-line grill, it's awesome for sure. Especially like that it matches the B pillars.

It might not be as noticeable on your black car but after some further analyses today the fog light housing area is now bothering me......I may end up taking them out to spray them gloss as well.

Eh, that's straight up plastic. You'll always have a goofy texture there. But no, I don't notice it, it looks fine on black.

for me its not the texture.....just the dull black look beside the nice gloss grill....... I probably just notice it more on the red/black contrast because its the only other black thing on the front.

Exactly the reason why I haven't moved on this mod yet. Let me know when/where you're going to get them sprayed, I want to get mine done too..might even look into having the grille painted at the same time

some new (quick and very dirty) pics showing a few updated items.....gloss grill/license holder, carbon splitter, rocker moulding and custom carbon wrapped mirrors. BTW...I'm not going to black-out my chrome since I like the red/chrome/grey/black theme and before I hear someone tell me to lower it, It's not happening until next spring
