I did this install myself (with the help of TeddyBGame) last summer. On a scale of 1 to 10 (with 1 being the easiest) I would rate this one a 7 because of the multiple steps involved.
In summary, you will need to pull the radio, remove the A-Pillar trim, and the dash panel under the steering wheel. Total time involved depends on your experience with working on cars, but figure anywhere from 6 to 12 hours depending on yoru skill level. This took me closer to 12 hours because I had to do it over 3 evenings after my son went to bed.
In the end, you will be able to talk hands free, and the stereo muting automatically when you send or receive a call.
