Damn I sorta want to drop the B6 at some point this year. Not even sure what I would want though. Kinda stuck on Lexus IS300s but not sure. I still owe some on the Audi and would most likely trade it in. Any other options in terms of a similarly sized sedan?

I've been finishing my US-style boot lid. Pretty much ready for primer now. I bought it almost a year ago from a bodyshop guy in Scotland who made it for his brother with a shortened plate recess, cut, shut & welded properly. However, the courier fucked it up and it had bent corners & 10 or so dents here & there. So I finally got round to fixing/filling/sanding/filling/sanding it. I'm going to wait until I've done the bumper before getting it painted - I want to get it done all at once.

The bumper is getting there - ordered the B8 fogs, have the surrounds ready to go & I've bonded the two parts together and extended the wheel arch line down to meet the B8 lower section. I'll carry on tonight & get some more pics up. It's taken 2 B7 S-Line bumpers and 1 B8 S-Line, but it's getting there!

Word of warning - don't use your xenons to light your garage! I did & the battery was almost completely flat - it didn't start & I had it aired out diagonally across the car parking area I went in to ask my girlfriend to help steer it, so I could push it out of the way & when I came back, it just managed to turn over & get it going, so went for a quick spin with the hybrid bumper in place to charge the battery. I had the air ride set to my normal height & the bumper was scraping on things, so it definitely sits lower

I need an FMIC now - probably going to order the CX one for now

I've just ordered the CX Racing FMIC, so I'll be able to get the B8 fogs in place & also help boost my performance in the process
