Replacement Valve for 2.0litre FSIiT TFSi Engines

    FREE SHIPPING WORLD WIDE!!
PLEASE ORDER HERE IN STOCK READY TO GO!!

We’re proud to announce another industry first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge Motorsport!

For owners of VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine that have the electronically controlled bypass valves, situated at the front of the engine (as shown in the photo below), we can now offer an alternative.

If you are running increased boost pressures, after a software remap (chip), or the OEM valve is being subjected to high temperatures, the lifespan of the unit is significantly reduced.

Even without any modifications taking place to the vehicle at all, this OEM valve has been shown to fail over time and it’s boost holding capacity also leaves some room for improvement. Our alternative is a fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response. Our valve and installation kit replaces the original unit with a pressure/vacuum operated piston valve that still also retains the desirable OEM ECU control over valve actuation. This product has been thoroughly designed and tested with the expressed intent of offering improved valve response and maintaining ECU control while resulting in absolutely NO fault codes, NO check engine lights, and no adverse effects of any kind. All of the necessary components and detailed instructions are included and everything is designed to make installation as simple as possible.

As of May 2009 this kit is supplied with an additional uprated spring (coded Yellow) that may be required if the vehicle has had a significant boost increase.

Yet another first for the Volkswagen and Audi Tuning Market from Forge ! With the introduction of the VAG TSi Turbo Engine, we have developed a Patented Atmospheric Blow-Off adapter specifically designed to fit this application. Simple in execution, yet offering the desirable atmospheric blow-off valve sound, this product has been designed to be fully compatible with the Bosch engine management systems employed. This is a replacement for vehicles fitted with the OEM solenoid valve part number 06F 145 710 D. As found in the 2009 onwards 1.4 and 2.0 liter vehicles fitted with the "D" version of the solenoid.

Please note: For the twin charged 1.4 engine (Turbo and Supercharger) please see FMDV14TSi

We’re proud to announce another industry first for the Volkswagen and Audi tuning market from Forge Motorsport!

Many owners of any VAG vehicle equipped with the all new 2.0T FSI engine, have unfortunately discovered, that the OEM electronically controlled bypass valves, which bolts directly to the compressor cover of the turbocharger, have their limitations.

We now have the world’s first fully engineered solution offering both significantly improved reliability as well as valve related boost response.

This product is applicable for all of the following 2.0 FSiT applications:
VW Golf MK5 GTI/Jetta GLI, VW Eos, VW Passat (B6)
    Audi A3, Audi TT Audi A4 (B7)
    SEAT Leon
    Skoda Octavia
For all vehicles where the OEM valve is mounted remotely (8P Audi S3, MK5 Golf Edition 30 and the Seat Leon Cupra), please see product reference FMFSITVR. )

If I went with a Spacer for my DSG would it still make
the DSG fart if I stayed hard on the gas and then make
the blow off If I let off when I shifted or no? I'm guessing
I would lose the DSG fart which I love way more than
    a blow off hehe :D

To answer the first question no you don't lose the dsg sound when you shift. It doesn't really blowoff when you shift more like when you get off the gas pedal while there is boost. So even when your just cruising around you can just give it gas and when you let off it will blow off.
As for the last post I'd suggest at least getting the replacement valve. The blow off spacer is just a spacer for the stock valve. So if you want the blow off sound then go with the spacer as well. I waited until I had them both installed before commenting on this post. I've had it installed for about 3 weeks and I'm happy with the products.
Hope that helps. Any questions feel free to ask.

The big question is: if it is worth it to change the Valve on newer engines? I know the 2.0TFSI were prone to have premature Valve failure when increased boost, but i haven’t heard many issues with new gen TSI. Is the valve the same in both engines? and is it ok to run Blow off vs. Recirculation?

As a personal opinion, if you upgrade your ecu you should upgrade the valve. Better safe than sorry. And the blow off spacer isn't a 100% dump. The recirc valve still takes in enough to keep from setting any check engine codes off.

To say the least it sucked. I had it on a lift and I still wasn't a fan of the amount of room you have to work with. Also a big note is that on the directions they will throw you a little off on where you tie into the top of the engine with part of a hose. The A3 has a direct fitment piece that it comes with in the forge package with the valve. If I get a chance and if it cools down a little ill take a pic of it. All in all its just tight working space along with keeping it neat. Def worth it though. I also purchased both the valve and spacer through parts4euro (original poster). Bump :)

This set up should work on a 2012 2.0T Correct? Do you have to buy the whole kit? Or can you just order the Replacement Valve and Blow Off Adapter.

As a personal opinion, if you upgrade your ECU should update the valve. Better safe than sorry. And once the spacer is not a dump site to 100%. The recirculation valve still take enough to keep all the codes check engine off.

FMFSITAT is the blow off sound making version of FMFSITVR, FMDV14T is separate part which is just the spacer that can create the blow off sound.

We recommend the FMFSITAT if you want the blow off sound and a more reliable DV.

Those are 2 separate parts, they do not affect each other.

Does the Blow Off Adaptor for VAG Turbo Engines work with the forge diverter valve and will it work for my b7 a4? If not do u recommend I get rid of my forge diverter valve and just get the forge blow off valve kit and will that work for my b7 a4? Only other question I got about the blow off valve kit is, will it be safe for my engine. Cause I heard blow off valves for our cars aren't too good.

Yes the Off Adaptor for VAG Turbo Engines works with the forge diverter valve for your B7 A4. You don't have to get rid of your DV.
