you mean carbon composite? typically ceramic composite is used on pads.
and no. these are OEM sized where as an expensive carbon disc would be at least 355mm and for serious track use. that's more of a BBK request.
my units with machining and the s5 caliper using a high end pad is very capable.

Adam,
The factory brakes on my TTS squeal terribly so I am changing my pads to Hawk ceramics. At the same time I would like to put a set of you rotors on. Please quote front and back rotors for an 09 TTS shipped to Utah 84040. Stand zinc coating with black painted hubs, drilled and slotted.

as posted I only build to OEM spec, so I'll need an OEM application using that size rotor and built those.

not sure if this makes sense, but on the A5/S5 there is like a plate looking part on the rears, where the Rotor sits in.

If i get the bigger rotors that you sell. Would the new rotor still fit in this "plate looking shape"

please advise.

^ it doesn't, as the rotors i sell are not "bigger rotors"
that's called a dust shield and is not affected.
these are OEM spec, replacement rotors...plug n play sizing...

due to the complexity of the internal cooling veins of these vented rotors, we will not be able to drill this application, rather dimple and/or slot.
AR has very strict guidelines when machining our rotors and pay very close attention to where we lay down the drill holes as not to interfere with the cooling, the rotors integrity, and to miss any ventilation ribs.
this is something many manufacturers overlook and causes cracking making drilled rotors notorious for doing so...AR does not.
we go even further and chamfer each drill holes and have some of the strongest, longest lasting, crack free rotors on the market!
