I know, I know...It was even the driver's side ...I"ve been so good for so long...oh well!!! Just a slight scratch on the lip...not too bad!
But the fact is that rolling with any kind of wheel and a 35 series tire (and all that poke) is asking for trouble in this state...It's like driving through a mine field!
I blame all of the people who bitch about vehicle registration and don't register their car here for all of our potholes.
Pay up or leave foreigners!!!

In Wisconsin they just charge a lot for tickets which helps compensate for all the money spent on repairing the roads. A speeding ticket in WI is roughly double the cost of one here.
carry on!! I'll be eating my 14 dollar irish breakfast and then wash it down with some kind of irish beer that I shouldn't be drinking that early...but in south africa it will be happy hour!!

Baseball is only exciting at a game for 3 innings (4 more than on tv) before it gets boring.
I'm going to paste my rant in here. I'm now debating scratching this air ride business all together since the service with it is fucking horrible. Coils would be easier in every regard. Bah..anyhow, here goes the rant....
Be prepared to deal with quite possibly the worst service imaginable when dealing with any of these VW/Audi air ride dealers.
Openroadtuning: it seems as though this place is ran by kids (yes kids) who just sell this stuff in their free time (which they don't seem to have much of). First, obviously there is no financial overhead in this company which is apparent when after shelling out roughly $2000 for just your bags, you still need to wait for about 3 months (give or take) for the product you purchased. Companies like ECS, PureMS, Europa have some overhead when it comes to supplying product, hence why most suspension products are in stock and ready to go. I am aware the demand for air ride isn't nearly as great as that of coils or springs/shocks, but I think the demand is great enough to warrant having some product in stock rather than you paying for your product and then waiting for them to be "custom" built. To me custom built is a one off, not some mass produced nonsense that every Audi kit shares (this becomes production when you sell the same thing over and over). My experience - first expect a weeks time to go by waiting for your first email to be replied to. Your first email will probably consist of the basic questions like "what do you recommend" because heaven forbid these people actually list anything related to Audi for you, no, it's all VW and you have to figure out which kits will work for your car. You'll also probably have some basic management questions as well. After you finally get a response don't expect any questions to be answered, but rather links to kits be tossed at you that have nothing to do with what you even asked. Then after you try and sort out what the hell they are talking about you will naively click that reply button and proceed to make some logical sense of this mess. You will probably ask questions pertaining to management and again, try and sort out which bags will work for your car. Well at some stage you will probably try and understand why a rear setup (with no shocks) costs you $595 and you will ask this question - these people don't like these technical mumbo jumbo questions, hence why the moment you get detailed you can expect another week to go by before you hear a response (and let the clock keep running because you probably won't get one). If you're at all like me, you'd like to know what you're paying for and the components involved to make your $2000 springs because $2000 is a fair chunk of change.
Bagriders: well ORT is quite often blasted for their poor service on VWVortex, so honestly my own experience has come as no surprise. I thought I'd try these guys since they tend to get more praise. Well low and behold the service is just as useless. Like ORT, expect to wait a week for your first reply and then another week for your second (and keep the clock running as well). I think I'm justified in thinking a week is absurd to have to wait for replies related to products that are as pricey as these. My initial email was simply asking for some suggestions since yet again no one has anything listed for an Audi, but rather everything is listed for a VW and I have no clue of which VW kits work for an Audi (sorry, I am not familiar with VW suspension and what components are shared between them and an Audi). At some point you will get a reply - they will apologize for the delay and insure you that it won't happen again. You naive sap; it will happen again because customer service is not an important aspect of business to these people! Well after a weeks time you tend to do more research and start to answer some of your own questions which will either lead to a very short "this is what I want" reply OR you'll have a more detailed reply since you've become more knowledgeable. If you do decide to take the more detailed approach you'll probably ask for suggestions and recommendations on a management system and you'll still probably want their take on which already fabricated kit is best for your vehicle (I'm now talking bags, not management). At this stage you might as well expect to expect no reply at all.
MasonTech: I didn't even bother since most people don't have anything good to say about their service. If I've already had two shots in the dark I might as well save my time and avoid a third.
When I was looking at coilovers the response time from companies was two days max - the dealers and even the companies themselves were very prompt in getting to their emails. Customer service is clearly something these companies value. I can even say that with some of these manufacturers of air ride service is important; I have emailed Viair, BagYard and Airlift and have seen replies from all three companies within two days. When I email VW specific (I'm not even going to use Audi since there doesn't seem to be anything Audi specific) air ride dealers I might as well not expect anything in response. This would be fine if you weren't asking questions related to dropping $3k+ of your money, but since it is a fairly absurd amount of money on a suspension system the lack of care from these people is unacceptable. You should be getting some priority, but from what I've been gathering these companies are one or two man shows probably ran out of some basement by people who have no business experience whatsoever. Their livelihood must not depend on your business because if it did the quality of customer service would be greater than it is. This can be a reflection on the product as well because a product being sold is only as good as the service that comes with it - what are you going to do if you purchased something from either of these dealers and something goes wrong? I'll tell you what you'll do; you'll sit with your thumb in your ass for a month before you can expect anything to get resolved.
The only company recommended on VWVortex that is prompt about replies is AirAssisted, but they don't know Audi so don't expect to get any Audi questions answered (at least they are honest).
So my suggestion is this: save your money, learn to build your own kit and purchase all of your products from the mini truck peoples. Why? Because these are companies who's livelihood depended on your business hence why the majority of them have grown to become well known and tend to provide great service. When I bought air ride for my mini truck it took two weeks to have a kit at my door; when I even ask a question about air ride for my Audi two weeks and I can't even get questions answered. I've had more help from people on here than I have from any of these dealers and the people on here aren't getting money from me. Something doesn't add up.
If you just want to give out your credit card number and don't really care what you're getting and money is of no concern I'm sure the service is prompt from any of the mentioned above, but if you take any interest in what you're getting expect to get the shaft.
