How about painting the lower grille splitters black instead of the silver in the front bumer. Ive seen this done on some B5's before and its looked either really good or really bad. Just want to see what it looks like on mine!!!

Just takes a lot of practice and playing around. Also being able to look up tutorials to figure something out is helpful. It's how I learned anyways.

Use layers, learn all the ways to "cut" something out, masks, etc etc..

Mainly just play around and be creative.

Honestly, it really is just trial and error. I'm still a noob to photoshop and learning new things every time I open it. I was lucky enough to have a few talented friends on PS help me out.
Just keep practicing and you'll see results. Also, my favorite thing to do if I'm not sure how to do something (like lowering a car at first) is to google it. For example... type in, how to lower a car in photoshop.. there's a lot of tutorials out there.

My biggest tip to anyone is to ALWAYS create a new layer if doing something new to your original image as well as saving the PSD file.

by shave I meant to mold to the body get rid of the lines.
