Just ordered my Opt 3 kit w/ lifetime warranty for $307.95 for my b6 a4.
This is my daily driver so I didn't want to break the bank for maintenance parts and this IMO was the best bang for buck for my situation. Lifetime warranty too! Pfft sold

Not sure yet... But for what it's worth, if installed properly and you purchase the lifetime warranty, I'm willing to gamble. I've read all types of reviews on all types of kits and once I felt like I've made up my mind, I read a bad review lol. Sooo I got these w/ the warranty.

We do not sell the Bilsteins so I can't personally speak on the quality of their arms, but I have used many of their other products on my own cars in the past and they have always been great. As far as Meyles go we do carry them and there is definitely an advantage to using them, if your willing to pay double the price. They do have replaceable ball joints so in the future if one ever failed you wouldn't have to replace the whole arm. Their bushings are also made with a superior heavy duty rubber material which allows for a longer life span. I must say I was pretty P'ed off when my emails were not replied regarding shipping costs to Hong Kong.

Anyway, cut a long story short I made the effort to call Nick at FCP who took my payment details for the control arm kit. Minutes after phone call I received my order confirmation followed by tracking a day after.

Goods were in stock and sent day after my order was placed, arrived in Hong Kong 6 days later. Individually boxed items with additional paper packaging in carton box along with invoice/pick list. Yet to install but parts look very nice, never knew a tie rod assembly were so heavy!

Overall very impressed with level and speed of service. If I had to pick on one thing that would be a stronger carton box for international deliveries.

Hold on to the receipt just for your own reference, but all the warranty info is saved in the order in our system so you shouldn't have any issue

I am not positive about the RS4 but I know all of the B5 A4 and S4 arms are the same, except for the early 2000 S4 (front lower fronts are slightly different).....Pm'ed you with a price!

No, you will not notice any difference in road noise or vibration

That is correct. I would recommend the option #3 because the full metal tie rods are definitely superior in quality to the standard units and provide more rigidity and better steering articulation.

I have a question...

So as you know I purchased a complete kit.

Both upper n lower arms were pretty bad and sounding like a door creaking! I installed new st coils and did the uppers only. I still have the lowers, tie rods and sway bushing left to install. The top arms were loaded correctly and are silent... However, the lowers are quiet loud now, being that I'm lower than the stock sport setup. I plan on doing the rest of the suspension this weekend.

Now for my question...
Will the lower arms cause a slight vibration at certain speeds, if they're shot?! (70mph)

New rotors, pads, tires and wheels were installed as well. I can only imaging it would be the lower arms, considering everything else is fresh?!

Any advice?

I've got to give credit where it's due. I replaced all my control arms/end links/tie rods today with the FCP options #3 kit and I made a couple observations:

1: the actual control arm that was damaged (read: disintegrated) I have never replaced and I have owned the car for 5 years.
2: the upper control arms and sway bar links that I replaced with FCP units 50,000 miles ago were still in great shape when I took them off today.
3: the only thing that actually wore away that was recently replaced (but again, 50,000 miles ago) were the tie rod ends, and my car has been auto-crossed, and then daily driven at 23.5" GTF for over 40,000 miles

Big thumbs up to the guys (Nick especially) at FCP!
