hey guys, opinions on these led's

im NOT getting blacklights, but im looking to get red led's, but i have no idea if like all u need is the bulbs themselves or if u need something extra for the lights to work. no clue. help plzz

ughh im skeptical in whether or not to buy the; i mean i really want to have the red lights but if i buy them and like i needed to buy something else to make it work ill be in a little hole cuz i just bout carbon fiber wrap for $40 bucks :/
