Sweet, 4g's are cheap as hell and a well proven motor. Good choice and bravo for breaking out of the norm in a community where everyone with a chip wants to beleive they know the best route possible for everyone.

should have left it a 2L instead of stroking it...and your turbo is tiny in that picture...also. 700 hp? thats it? evo's on stock block and ecu make 600-650. so exciting and extra 50 hp...

Lol nobody hates Guru, he's just set the benchmark for the B5 quarter mile cars at the 10 second mark on here, with (correct me if I'm wrong) his interior still in the car (gosh I hope thats true)..... Derek, is this 4g into an s4??? Which tranny are they using and do they have to switch the cluster out to the digital race set up or are they custom gauges, or is there some voodoo doctor who cracked Audi's electrical harness to make the OEM set up work?

I can't wait to see the final product. I want to do something similar, but with a vr6. I need to sale my 2.3 stroker talon first. I don't have a need for all euro, I have them all. I have just always had a love affair with VR6 motor.

There were a couple variations. The first setup was just piggies + 3" straight pipes.
Then there were piggies with the main cats cut out + straight pipes.
The latter setup was much more aggressive.
As far as the 4g going in... I'll update you guys in a bit.

Are you the one actually doing this, or is this a friend's project that your just associated with?
