There have been a handful of people on here who have said "build the F23 for us and I will buy it" , Nothing from Slappy yet...... I think it would sell like hot cakes!!

Went back to the DYNO a couple days ago with some more work into both the car and the tune. It has been nearly 25,000 miles since the install and running better than ever now.
Great looking numbers, nice and clean. Must be a fun car to drive.

I would like to put in one of these turbos on my stg3 Dahlbach to see how it works, before I rip it all out this summer and go big T ! Has this turbo been run on MTM or Dahlbach SW yet?
Dahlbach racing stg3+ DBR intake mani,DBR ko4-19,DBR tip chip,RS4 motor mounts,ER sport front mount,Stasis SS coilover's,H&R sway's,DBR cat back exhaust,Miltek HFC,custom AFE air intake, iForged rev's 18x8.5,Stoptech BBK front ST rotor's rear,Cam's and a bunch of other sh_t!!!
Were the numbers uncorrected? I'm curious because I am at 1000ft.
Yeah it is raw. Turbos really turn the whole SAE correction process into a disaster. For most of the rev range once spooled I can get the same absolute pressure in the manifold as someone can at sea level, it is at a different pressure ratio/efficiency and all that but in this case the water/methanol steps in and does a great job. The top end can't quite maintain the boost levels you can at sea level but not by much. So the 18-20% you'd give an NA car up here doesn't really apply although there is definitely a penalty being paid -it isn't that big. Looking at plots from cars that have been on multiple dynos in the area and talking with the Dyno owner this particular Dyno Dynamics reads closer to other Dynos around the area, though it is still low it isn't as notoriously low as most of them.
I stand by the Dramatic music. I think this clip was better than War Horse period dot
Never occurred to me about trying to use DB software with a FT. That or MTM might work quite well considering they're both written for a hybrid turbo of sorts. However I'm not familiar enough with either setup to know specifics but would be an interesting experiment. Do it.
The game has indeed changed lave, I liked it too. Subscribed to the channel as well.

Don't know that I've seen anyone running an FT on Dahlbach software, but I'm certain that it would work well.

Just met with Dave from Motoza Tuning....Stellar meeting him in person. Very excited to have him working on my tune. Just wanted to share some feedback with you guys here in the FT thread. I won't have his tune in my car for another week or so(have some other things to take care of). But nonetheless, stand up guy. Even drove down from Ft. Collins to meet with me(I'm in Denver, so not right down the street). Anyways, just thought I would share my experience with you guys.
No baseline numbers unfortunately...Franken Turbo, test pipe, cat back exhaust, drop in k&n, green giants. For the sake of getting the car running, I will have my stock SMIC installed, but will have my FMIC in soon enough(just trying to figure out what I'm going to do with piping at this point). I will probably end up switching to the 3" MAF housing before summer and will have W/M by summer as well. Before the turbo, car was very healthy(have kept up with similar moddded 2.0T's..) I'm very excited to see what Dave can do(esp up here in the altitude).
Thee days, logging seems to be more popular than actual dyno-ing which is fine. But what usually comes with those 'Got the car dyno-ed this weekend' threads is a mod list which makes it easier to see where net gains or losses come from.

Got a Franken Turbo in and got it all installed. This is being setup with bosch 440's (green giants), 3" MAF, Stock airbox, and Stock IC. Other than that the car has a Neuspeed Cat-back exhaust. I was very impressed with the kit and the install went well. There are a few small issues I ran into that I thought I'd share to help prepare others.
-The manifold is tricky to get installed as clearance to the nuts is very limited. (I bent a 12mm open end, and then used a large screw driver to get extra leverage on it)
-Be sure to set the long turbo to manifold bolts in the manifold before fitting to the head as the closest bolt to the block can not be installed after the fact
-If you're using a T-clamp at the turbo inlet you'll need to orient it carefully as the clearance is tight.
-You'll also need to either swap accessories from your old turbo or replace, this is pretty straight forward, but in the case of the studs for the CAT you might want to buy some new ones and save yourself the hastle. I swapped mine, and if you do PB blaster is your best friend.
-The larger manifold interferes with the stock heat shield, I bent my shield slightly and used a large fender washer as you can see in the photo in order to bolt the shied at a slightly different location.
Other than that it did great during break in, everything sealed well, and it is fully broken in now. The turbo sound is slightly louder than stock which is likely due to the smooth large TIP rather than the baffled stock tube. The fueling is working well and the 440's should provide comparable fueling in the return less B6 to 415's in the rising rate systems.
this is a great post, thanks so much for the information.

Funny I had no issues with the kit. Everything bolted right up even used a Racewerks FMIC. I spent more time messing with my SIA delete and sorting out a vac leak that was coming from my fuel injector seats. Oh then there was the kinked vac line:) Doing my second install in a few weeks. Adding 2 port meth injection to this one:)

I'd be interested in the F23 kit if it ever comes out. Been looking at the EFR 6758 which would be a blast but not sure I want to drop the amount of $$ needed into the car to get that to run properly.
