So the yellow tint came in today.
Put the tint on and swapped the bulbs out to the stock Osram ones.

Here is a video of the end results.

Added some pics from this morning.
I feel like I can go yellower, with 3k temp bulbs or another layer of the yellow tint.
Definitely a different look and would definitely look nice with a blackout theme I think.

Was wondering why everyone was so quiet. :)
Was trying it out and it's just tint so no worries.
Definitely looks great at night, very yellow so should be good for winter.
I'm going to try a 2nd layer to see how yellow it can go.

    Ok two layers on.
Now it definitely looks like egg yolks.
The look with them off definitely needs some getting used to.
    All opinions are welcome.

Something funky with the camera phone on this one, but it captured the leds and fogs very well.

Hmm...I really like the look of your front spoiler cap. Kidding aside cW, maybe try the hoen endurance bulbs and leave tint alone? Looks odd with lights off, portrays a sort of faded/dingy yellow hue. Lights on looks pretty good. Just a suggestion however. I went with the former and looks pretty good imo. Be well!

I'm going to take the tints off. It's unanimous, even the wife no likey and she doesn't comment much.
I've got a few other accents to work on using the left over alu vinyl.

Whaaaaaaaaat... I LOVE the yellow fogs on a black car. Had them on my old car.

I thought of doing it on my A4 but it would just be too much. The yellow fogs are certainly more than enough yellow for me but when they are off you don't have that yellow hue.

BTW, wrapping ALU around the chrome rings also doesn't look right.
Just attempted that this afternoon and it looked worse than leaving it chrome.

Been wanting to use up the rest of the vinyl on some other pieces.
Tried the fog rings and it looked wierd.
Did a quick photoshop of doing one of the blades in ALU Vinyl.
The Middle blade would be extended with some chrome trim or U shaped door protector trim.
Then the blade would be wrapped in ALU Vinyl.

Would appreciate comments. And yes I know it looks a little like the new 2012 335 fog grilles. :)

I have the darkest tint from lamin-x on my fogs. Maybe this can solve your issue. and then you can get the yellow fog lights.

How about the silver accent on the fog grilles?
I am contemplating wrapping the middle blade of the fog grilles in ALU.

Personally, I would leave the fog grilles alone.

Your splitter looks good in Alu... However, the splitter was designed to be a different colors. Accenting the fog grilles would be "forcing" the theme, if that makes any sense.
It has a really high chance of looking tacky....

Yup I agree that it can look tacky.
I'm also thinking that the middle blade protruding more may look awkward.

I have a few things I can do to mock it up on the car.
I don't think the pshops are good to really get a feel.

Just picked-up some HR OE Sports in the classifieds.
Question now is if I should install on my existing S4 shocks or wait to get Koni/Bilstein Sport Shocks.
Have about 25k on my existing shocks.

Yup I agree. I stopped by my friend's shop and he told me he has yet to see any Audis come through with bad shocks.
He had an old S4 that had over 100k on the original red shocks. So I am pretty sure I'll be fine with the OE Springs.
Install will be later this week. 10-20mm drop would be nice!

Let's hope I don't scrape on the speed bumps or my driveway :)

Between the jack rail and ground is about two finger gap.
    I think I'll be alright.

Yup, I'll have to take it easy for a couple days as I get a feel for how low it is. Did you need an alignment after your HR Sports were installed?

Mechanic almost had a heart attack when he found this inside of my belly pan:

Looks like a possum and it made the trip all the way from Brooklyn!
Guy turned white when he opened the belly pan and this sucker fell out. LOL
Anyway, 4 hours later, here are some quick pics in the rain. Better pics to follow when the sun's out.

I would suggest getting an alignment. I'd wait for a good week or two though, to let the springs settle.

    looking good btw!

    Thanks!
So far they feel very much like the OEM Sport Suspension.
The only difference I notice is the rear is bouncier than before.
So this gives me a little extra hop that is noticeable when I pass over a little bump on the highway.
The OEM Sport Springs would soften that a bit more.

Very Happy with the results so far and I will be getting an alignment in a couple weeks.

All coming together nicely cW. The one thing I love about the OE sports is that they dont make the car look "slammed"...more of a subtle lowering that almost looks like factory sport height. I have the same on my ride and they will settle in some 5-6 mm with use.

Thanks! It's good to know that it will go another 5-10mm.
I don't mind if it goes a bit lower, I am still amazed at how smooth the car rides.

Some closer shots of the fender gap.
As others have mentioned before the HR OE Springs are a mild drop and so far it has not affected the ride quality.

Washed the car and took a few better shots this morning.
I think the suspension has pretty much settled.
I've gone over numerous speed bumps, inclines, declines and highway patchwork and the springs have been good.
I'm sure it helps that I have 18's.
Acceleration/Braking feels better also due to the stiffer springs.
So as of now I give the HR OE Sports

Looking at these pics, I dunno how I could go ever go back to stock height.

Looks great cW Similar to the drop on the wife's B6 with sport suspension (which now looks even better with my 18" hyper V708's on her Dolphin Grey).

Had a thought last night - now that you have xenon-match fogs back in, why not try the Lamin-X yellow tint film again with them?
    Cheers
