thanks guys..hmm im not sure anymore..

originally i wanted Hyper silver to break up the lines of the car.. then i saw the matte black on capitan's car and i like it but im not sure if I should do black wheels or silver the thing is i have more of a black/cf theme goin on

Exactly, I think the black works much better with your theme, and is soosososo much more subtle than the wheels you have now hahaha

The Matte Black VMR's look fantastic on the car. The silver also does, but I feel like you would have to change alot of other things on your car, Ie: less black accents, to pull off the silver really well. Its almost like it breaks things up way to abruptly.

Just my opinion but either way what you like most is what matters most!

Try doing a complete pchop to your car or another car. It's fun if you have the time.

ive done a few like total makeovers in the past, theyre way old tho and im pretty fucked up now, ill post my old ones and go do one while im still high

Lol nice dude. Do you use the pen tool in the paths palette? And multiple layers (non destructive)?

The best advice I ever got and can give is to practice non destructive ps. As in every thing you do can be seen in separate layers so nothing is permanent.

it seems to me that what youve done there is taken the more subtle, OEM, classy and reserved sporty look and turned it into a completely aftermarket looking thing. This adds much more of a "racy" look rather than a sporty one. I think they both look fantastic but it depends on what you are really going for there.

to expand on this..

if you're going to make any levels/color adjustments (anything that you would normally use image -> adjustment -> ... for, you should instead use the image adjustment masks in the layers pallete, set your adjustment, and then paint on/off the strength of the adjustment around the image as needed.

Too often I see people lightening/darkening the entire layer/image, when really only a small area of the image needed work.

This also allows you to undo mistakes by simply painting the mask with the opposite color.

haha, the two-tone looks cool from that angle but thats about it. The bumper will definitely be painted silver :)
