Review on Shop in SoCal, (Long Beach) Raven Motorsports

Another thumbs up for Raven. Just went there for an oil change and inspection. Brandon was real accommodating. Didn't get to talk to Matt much but i could tell he loves his work by the way he treats your car. I didn't even ask, and he topped off my fluids, wiped things down and had my seat belt chime removed for free.

I must also agree that this shop is top notch. I went there a few days ago to check out the shop and I must say Matt made a great first impression. I was there all afternoon talking with him and learning. He was so excited to show me things about our cars and the builds he was doing. Its great to have a shop so close with people working there that are so passionate about their work.

After long talks with Brandon over the phone yesterday, I'm pretty excited to bring my car down there. This shop is much closer than where I used to go for service and their prices are simply amazing.

Another fan over here for RavenMS.

Best shop, went to the stealership 8g to fix my car raven, under 2g... Kool people brandon and matt... Check em out kool spot. All got some sick customer rides to look at....good service great price. Going back for some revo hopefully if i get the cash together...

Yeah, that's odd. I was there ALL day last Saturday (from 12 until 6pm) and that place was HOPPIN with activity. At least 5 cars came in and out of there, getting work done. Odd that they weren't there today.

Just drove in from Dallas and my c5 a6 4.2 is missing reverse all of the sudden. I'll be taking it here thanks to all the great reviews. I sure hope he can help.

Went to Raven Motorsports for some routine maintenance and to install a few fun items. Had them replace pads and rotors on all 4 corners, install my ecodes, do oil/filter change, and put on my O.Z. Superturismos. This is just one of many great experiences I've had at Raven Motorsports.

I was there this past Saturday 4-10 and had them do an overall check - Brandon and Matt are both knowledgeable. Matt was very accommodating - nice set-up upstairs as well - with big screen TV - he even let me hookup my netbook to his internet to pass the time. It was great to see other audi owners that would stop by or have work done to their cars - I felt at home :-)
I will be coming back either Thurs or Sat to get timing belt replaced and other stuff - their prices are definitely reasonable and I can totally trust them.

haha I was there too too, replaced spark plugs and oil, so far no more misfires...

Hello All and let me tell you guys, Raven is without a doubt the BEST Tuner shop for Audi services and performance/tuning in Orange and Los Angeles county!
I just did a major service performed on my B6, timing belt and replaced all drive belts, BT REVO FLash, Coolant flang replacement, water pump seal, cam seals and valve cover gasket, oil & filter change, radiator flush 2x to get all of the "green non- G12 coolant out", coolant sensor, oil dip stick replacement, spark plugs (properly gaped .26), radiator lines replacement, cleared all Vag codes and faults, and I got a FREE Papa John's Pizza lunch with the guys!

Brandon and Matt were so easy to work with and I literally sat there during the whole duration and watched Matt go to work. This guy is so thourough in what he does and his OCD was even worst then mine! LOL

It was a satisfying experience knowing that he treated my car as it was his own! Matt is by far the most knowledgeable mechanic for our cars and I would highly recommend anyone to use his service. Pricing was beyond fair and the work was impeccable!
I left his shop knowing that my car was properly serviced! A+++++ for Matt and Brandon @ Raven in Long Beach!

I tried calling them yesterday and the number says the voice is full. I tried a number of times through out the day with the same result. Any ideas?

If you weren't that far, best bet is to stop by. Its was busy day yesterday and the office is upstairs so no can pick up the phone most of the time.

Thanks to all the suggestions on this forum I gave them a call last week and set up an appointment with Brandon for this coming Friday to do new brake pads on all corners, oil change, trans fluid change, brake fluid change, and some other general maintenance. Great guy over the phone so looking forward to having some quality work done :)

Got an oil change and shock replaced.

Matt and Brandon were both really friendly and accommodating - despite problems with their parts distriubutor today.
Great prices too - definately know where I'm going to for any work done on my car.

dropped by a few days ago to discuss my BT project and came away feeling that this is definately the guys i want to work with..came in thinking i was limited to something like a 2871r eliminator setup due to me not wanting to face probs with Cali Smog Gestapo...then Brandon presented options that were telling me these guys arent scared to think "outside the box"..hung out to have some lunch and called dibs on a Rieger bumper ...lets make sum beautiful powa! together Raven..
