Invisible glass. Don't clean windows when it's hot out or in the sun. Only use a microfiber towel, not the cheap ones, that hasn't seen detail spray or wax. Even if it's been through the washer. There will still be residue on the towel and it'll transfer to your glass.

Right on thanks. Maybe that's my problem, I need new towels. I try to get to it in the morning but sometimes, especially the rear window since it's all black now, it just doesn't work out.

lol, I've heard the newspaper trick before but never implemented it. I hate the way vinegar smells so I'll shy away from that. I'll probably get new towels first, see if that does it, then go from there if not.

Not exactly Audi related, but Mitsubishi has a big event every year at their USA headquarters in Cypress, CA this weekend. You will see a ton of Evo's, other mitsubishi's, prototype cars, and a large vendor row of aftermarket companies. A few thousand people usually show up each year.

Sh1t Dan. I've worked with people who looked like that - back in the 80's of course!

If you're going to debadge the Avant do it for the clean panels and nicer visual. Don't do it to attempt to make it look like something it's not - as so many others do.
