This is my sister's friends A4. She (my sister's friend) fell asleep at the wheel and hit a light post. She suffered two broken ankles, fractured ribs, fractured skull and bruised lungs. She's very lucky, however I have heard of worse from less.

People, Life, just about everything should be > economy.

Economics should only be a tool to help life out, not the other way around like it is now. People have become tools for more and more money to be circulated just for the sake of ever-increasing amounts of money...and the more money that circulates, the less valuable everything becomes, including ourselves. Such a silly system we are all supporting right now and I hope we wake up and stop this nonsense soon.

I think the world simply has to get used to a two pedal system from now on. As soon as the Italians started favoring "tech boxes" over manual systems we were doomed to buttons, switches and paddles.

That was the exact call of the guys driving/managing group "B" and AS development. It was like something from Oliver Twist.

"Please sir, can I have some more"

The engineers replied with : "you're f@#$in mad, but we'll see what we can do"

Then us poor test guys said : "you want to do WHAT with that 2,000lb car?"

Out came rulers, pencils and calculators. Then came drawings and simulations. Then came the parts. Then came the catastrophic component failures with us saying "there is no f@#$in way you're going to get that much power through that drive train!"

The reply was always was "vorsprung durch technik"

They were ALWAYS right!
