Just looked on ebay.de. There are quite a few there, but I don't know german, so I don't know which ones are 6pot vs. 4. I did see one 6pot single caliper front left for $149 euro. Problem with ebay.de is most people won't ship to the US, but you can find members on here in the EU willing to buy for you.

ok so i might get bashed for this but i have read 20 something pages in two different threads about the bbk but my question is.. has any one or does any one know what rotor to use for the rear bbk with stock caliper without buying the expensive kits... as i get cost on everything threw parts dealers...
If you are asking if you can use bigger rorotrs with stock A4 calipers, no, you cannot.
If you are asking what size rotors to use with the Toureg calipiers, use the same size as Toureg rotors

Did that with a different set of Brembo calipers, and will be doing the same with the Cayenne calipers for my B7.
Very straight forward shouldn't take very long. Just make sure the crossover lines are clean and start loosening them a little a few turns on each side of the line until the line is off. Then move the bleeders over.
Just looking thru this old thread for the 345mm Mercedes number, and thought I'd mention that we (Apikol) have brackets to mount the 17Z caliper on the B5 A4.

Looks close. The ML55 has a height of 44.5mm from hub mounting face to back of rotor. The GL450 has a hub mounting face of 47.5mm. So the back side of the rotor is gonna be 3mm closer to the inside of the car. Anyone know if this is better or worse for fitment. They are both 32mm width.
yeah i suppose you could space it 3 mm under the rotor. wouldn't be hard to machine a piece. I would have to pressed into the hat though to insure secure fit
