I wouldn't be worried about your resale value (especially since you shouldn't ever dare sell the car ). And speaking of AoA, I actually emailed them earlier trying to get these statistics. We'll see what they say.
AoA stats will be very interesting, I'm sure. As far as selling is concerned, would only consider doing so if my convertible "jones" returns (really miss my E36 'vert, even tho the roof leaked rainwater like crazy) and I get a hankering for an S5 cab that I can't control. But that's not likely for at least another year or 2....

Difficult to follow up that B7, but here is my 'winter mode' shot from early this week on some fresh winter. Apologies in advance for colorful (distracting?) rims, but I've always wanted to drive a Hotwheel as a kid, and now I do. At least in the winter months.

Alright, finally getting around to making a post in the white Avant thread. Here's my 2011 S-line. I suppose I need to get a better quality pic of it.
I love it but I know it's pretty cookie cutter and tame by comparison to others in this thread.
I'm getting the windows tinted this week. Can you all offer opinions on the percentage to have applied? State law limits me to 35% behind the driver, and 50% on the front doors.
I can't decide whether to go with that, or just get 50% on all windows so they are close to the same. Been searching around all day trying to find pics of it both ways on a white Avant.
Grids are usually 18x9.5 IIRC. Guessing around et20
my friend was running the rota grids on his allroad. Loved the look, but he said they kept leaking air. Wheels were cracked! no bends but just small cracks.
Love the wheels but i dont think they would handle NYC roads

Looks good. Personally I would do 50% all around, but then again I like a lighter tint.
That's kind of where I'm headed, because I still want to see out at night and it will keep the tint more uniform...hopefully. Just something to make it look a little nicer and keep some of the heat out. Maybe my MMI display won't blank out on my in the summer anymore if I can keep some sun out of there.
Wow that's my dream car right there except more slammed! When you decide you're over those rims let me know! Or the whole car...
