used a hammer and a flat piece of metal in the back. then grinded it all down and sanded it.

Very nice, OP. But if i was to go widebody it would be this method. Absolutely stunnning and not TOO wide. Plus it keep sthe factory "drop-off" at the edge of the fender. (if that makes any sense)

naw, havent even worked on it in like 3 weeks. i have 1 rear fender basically done. little more smoothing. i get a month break starting december 5th, so ill really get on it then.

sorry for the lack of updates fellas. christmas killed me! finally money started come back in so its time to get down. i wanna finish the bodywork within the month so my dad can possibly help me with wheels and suspension.

couple quickies. just started adding filler. once i finish this rear fender everything else should go pretty smooth. the front fenders wont take long. maybe 4 days. then i have a new method for welding/finishing the pass side rear fender which should make everything much easier.

yeah i know what you mean. although, i wanted it to be a little more drastic as it is a show car. it wont be too sharp, i dont think. gotta wait until the vinyl goes on. and the casr is most likely going to be a darker color which should be a bit more easy on the eyes as far as the curves go :)

backyard projects ftw. though, i live in ca so its not nearly as cold as colorado. haha. got some portable heaters back there and going to harbor frieght tomorrow to pick up some tarps to close off the car port alone with some lighting so i can work at night without having to worry about the breeze

Hehe I am in Canada and i work outside...It's 2 deg now but I did it at -10-15 no problem...The wind is a bitch though, but I am in a tempo, like a tent that we use in the winter to park the cars,,

no updates. i did recieve some new parts like abs lines and my sai blockoff plate.

the rear fender is going to get cut down an inch or so, since i dont want to be THAT wide. after looking at it for a while.
