well, im doing all my metal work. but my shop is in lancaster and he did all of the work on my BMW. and does it for a great price.

he did my front bumper. oem m3 bumper, shaved fogs and shaved reflectors. vorsetiner lip with a rainbow flake. had it on for about 8 months and didnt even have 1 rock chip on it.



and my RD rear. lowered 2 inches and had the GTR vents added. lowered, made brackets, did the vent and painted all in 1 day too.


only guy i trust with any of my cars. he has 2 groups of people. the ones who are willing to pay, and the ones who arent. he charges more for his custom work now because people were abusing it, but its still pretty damn cheap for his workmanship.

btw you live in the AV right? most of the better looking cars out here go to him. there was a widebody bx. and my buddys bagged white XB. hes big in the scion crod, but those dudes are cheap.

theres a B5 around town that gets some work done by him. b5 a4 use to be on gold wheels, hes on silver wheels now. my buddy bj

tacked a piece on the rear fender. not sure if i want to stay at 1" addition or bump it to 1.5".

LOL. in the picture above you can see at the bottom of the fender where i tacked on a 1" pice of sheet metal. i was debating on going wider or not. i think once it looks like a whole piece it will look decently wide

what kind of sheet metal did you use? also our cars come galvanized from the factory. any plans on restoring the galvanization?

eh not really. youre just talking about preventing rust/corrosion right?

the whole underside of the fender will have probably truck bed liner caked on.

its not a daily driver and it garage kept, dont think ill have a problem with rust.

and its just 18ga sheet metal my buddy gave me for free from his work.

i am the same way...

i have a guy who did all the work on my b6 usp conversion, and he just did my b7 s-line conversion. i was in an accident in my b6 and the thing came back better than before the crash.

the guy is missing most of his fingers, (no joke) but his work is absolutely incredible.

how are you going to ensure that each fender is equally flared?

i drive a 89 toyota supra. i think me and my dad are going today to buy a 04 honda civic DX and trade in the supra. so that will be the new daily.

the front is going to be custom. ill post it up once im finished. havent had the chance to work on it yet. along with the rear. sides im not too sure yet

i hate working on other peoples cars to tell you the truth. i changed my girlfriends timing belt/waterpump/vcg/ect and it was a pita. 2.0aeg motor needs to be dropped to change the belt.

anyway. i can prob make a mold of the roof spoilers and sell them super cheap if anyone wants me to after they are done.
