How expensive? As uk prices are cheaper. WHat is needed.

Does the aftermarket one look genuine, i.e is it flush with the bumper.

The sensor kit I and ngng have is a cheap setup from eBay which I bought for the rear bumper and found the sensor fitted straight in with either a touch of silicon or the option I’m looking at is the thick double sided tape to give the sensors a solid hold also the sensor can be painted and can be ajusted for direction.

    Thanks Doc, looks ok.
i'll have to get two of these packs, one for the front, one for the back.

I already have the orignal rs4 sensors, so i'll just put them on ebay.

NGNG, not sure about the bumper, but if you want i can measure the uk one for you. Which measurment do you want.

You want to measure the depth/width of the bumper. This is what we're trying to figure out:

On the B6 sedans, the Euro bumper (on the right) is shorter than the NA version (on the left).

Hi, the engine in mine is a 1.9 tdi 130 bhp. I can afford to buy a s4 but can't afford to run it and insure it.

I've put the front wings, bonnet and bumper on. Its not been aligned yet, just test fitted. There's a few mounting brackets that i need that hold the top of the bumper so have ordered them. Waiting for them, should have them tmrw. Looks more evil already.

I have the orignal audi rs4 parking sensors, but i think this may be a better option. They look similar and the whole system will be alot cheaper. I'll just sell the sensors i already have, i got them for free when i bought one of the bumpers.

    It is a different part number...8E5 807 303 F GRU (EURO), 8E5 807 303 G GRU (USA)

The F bumper is not available to purchase in the USA, the support buffers are different too, I would have to assume the bumper is shorter.

OEM sensors are about $75 each 7H0 919 275 D GRU, harness for the front is about $175 8E0 971 085 A, harness for the rear is the same p/n and price, control module costs about $130 8E0 919 283 D

Thanks for that. Is that everything you need for the full parking sensor system. I already have the sensors. I'm gonna see how much the rest of the parts cost in the uk. If its cheap enough i'll go ahead with oem option.

This is the coolest body mod for the B6 i have ever seen...will have to look into it more closely after the 2L engine build.

This really does open the door for other mods like a carbon hood, etc - COOLIES!

I know a guy in sheffield, who is well known all over the world for custom leather interiors.
He's won many competition and tropys for his quality and designs.
I'm going to us him to do me a rs4 replica bucket seat interior.
Here's one he did for my friend.
