Ha ha! Thanks! In a year and a half, I'll have that job title...as I'm looking for another job.
Actually, since I spent so much time flying and doing what my commands wanted me to do, I still don't even have an associates degree. (close, but not yet) So when I retire from the Navy, I'm probably going to go to school full time, and maybe valet cars for fun while I apply for a job with SDPD or San Diego Harbor Police. Whatever I end up doing, I'm definitely going to miss flying in/shooting from/jumping out of/throwing stuff out of/ helicopters.

I repair cell phones, and flip them on the side. That being said, PM me if you're in need of a smart phone. I can beat eBay's prices no contest.
Taxable income is only like $32K a year but I make an extra $1100/ month on average. Oh and I'm going to school to finish out my bachelors in mechanical engineering, only like 10 credit hours/semester right now though.

Lol, of course no disrespect meant for CALL AAA. He indeed has the most respectful job, but who can beat the joys of retirement.
It's pretty much boredom and fun, with a few of those scary moments to remind me that helicopters aren't supposed to fly.
But I know there are some Marine ground punders in here somewhere. Those guys get shot at, and that shit is scary. I've never been shot at, at least not that I know of.

Yep, flying is cool and all, until you hit one of those mystery pockets and drop about 20ft (feels like 100), happened to me in a 53. Most comfortable ride in a rotor was the 60, I think its the only military aircraft I've ever fallen asleep in, lol. I was an 0861 (artillery forward observer), but ran around with the grunts hooking and jabbing. Oh and Josh(einschnellaudi) was a grunt, forget his MOS, I believe heavy weapons.
Now I'm installing resinous flooring for industrial companies. Looking to make a move to law enforcement here soon.

I've been working a technical job for an insurance company for the last 4 years. Before that I was a producer at KGTV 10News, updated websites at Traffic.com, and did high-end home AV installs as my first "real" job. I'll be starting a new gig in Feb in the financial world. My goal is to be self employed by year's end.
tire installer for Costco. in the process of getting my BS in computer science so i can transfer to corporate and actually do something less painful for a living haha.
Diagnostic Tech at Ron Ramies Automotive in Portola Valley, Ca.
I work on rich peoples cars. Mostly its tracking down chewed wiring on high end cars. The rats keep me employed! I get to wrench on the occasional Bentley Continental which I get to "test drive" afterwards. Nothing beats the torque of a twin turbo W12 or SL600 turbo. They are a riot!
