Hell, i dont mind it. Makes my car cheaper than shit to maintain.

LOL speaking of pick 'n' pull!! Guess who got new ATE rotors for his car for 20 bucks?

Me (my guess is they have about 1,000 miles on them. Like seriously the pads where brand new as well)

    BEFORE:

    AFTER:

There is a track day coming up on december 13th at thunderhill so im making a list of stuff i want to get done before then.

    Chips
Slot strut towers for more - camber
    new tires
    relocate my battery
try and pull some more weight out
build lots more chassis braces. (under car braces, strut to fire wall, X brace in the back)
I need a flexpipe in my exhaust somewhere.
    oil cooler/oil filter relocation
and i need to figure out some better lube for my trans. Im getting gear whine in 2nd and 3rd. 3rd gear syncros get slow. And its all because the fluid is getting to hot. I think im going to try some 5-30 motor oil.

    Exhaust update

Oil cooler finally got mounted. No hoses or oil flowing yet. I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW THAT THE FRAM FILTER IS FOR MOCK UP ONLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NAPA GOLD WILL BE FITTED.

Made a bracket for the filter relocation kit:

Welded it on and bent up some copper pipe to hold the cooler in place.

Awesome! Turbo? What year? 850 turbos of the right year are fairly simple to squeeze a decent amount of power out of for cheap.

My favorite car in the world is an s1 quattro. Im a huge fan of b5 a4's as well. Awd is my favorite drive train, i wish my car was awd.

Thanks! I posted it up on a different forum and someone mentioned that i should have some pipe in front of the AMM for better flow characteristics through the elements. So plan b will have some more tubing after the air filter.

I was out looking at my car and i think i might need to re-clock my turbo a bit to get the hotside pipe where i want it.

V8 swaps are cool, but there is definitely something to be said about making lots of power out of the Volvo engine. Any retard can make a v8 go fast.

Its a 94' 850 Sportwagon. Automatic, all stock, I think its a turbo, hahaha. Would love to toy around with it but its actually my mom's car, I refer to it as the Swedish Fish.
Do you know much about the Sportwagon, I have heard that they are rare, but can't spot the differences between mine and another 850 estate.

uh idk if rare is a good word for it but there definitely are not very many of them. Yes they are turbo they make like 220 at the crank from factory. If i remember correctly getting to 300hp is not hard and not expensive. You should look into it more if she is interested.

So i got smaller injectors in car felt good, turned the boost up and broke third gear. Going to pull a new trans tomorrow.

Plans are bigger turbo then coilovers

    Just some pictures

    New door cards

    Wideband

    I made a catch can

    Short struts

    3" vband wg housing

    Ported and polished manifold

Bigger turbo will be on its way this weekend i think
