Yea I'm NOT looking to get rich, I really need them gone.

If their not gone in the next 2 weeks, I'm going to strip them apart, rebuild both with plenty of aftermarket goodies. then Sell them.

But for 1800 bucks, somebody fix the motor with 70k on it, then keep the long block as a project, or fix it and sell it and make your money back and them some. Either way, for me, between work, social life and my current project, I have no time to build up these motors.

I just want them gone, and listing them at a stupid price to clear them out.

Be careful with that investment. I have a fully built 2.0L stroker for an A4 that I can not sell. Its tough trying to get someone to shell out a couple thousand dollars for a built motor at this point in time. I guess when you write a check that big it hurts, but writing multiple checks in a week that add up to the same amount doesn't hurt. Go figure.

Your right... idk, I dont need these motors anymore and have no need for the 2.7tt since I'm swapping something else in.

At this point, I just want these gone already. Their taking up way too much room in my barely 2 car garage in queens lol

I'm thinking about making the big plunge into this car. Buy an engine or two...then spend copious amounts of dollars building it, etc, over a few years and turning it into some kind of horrific beast.

Great Idea. Only way to properly build an S4 is by having a spare motor or two.

And they only need head work(valves, pisotns etc), unfortunately both motors were victims of T-belts breaking.

But for someone who wants to build a 2.7tt this is a perfect opportunity.

I would suggest if anyone buys these motors from me, Fix the long block with 130k, then sell it to make your money back.

Then keep and build up the complete motor with roughly 70k and make it a beast.

For 1500 you cant go wrong, I desperately need work space that these motors are taking up, and as I stated before, I'm obviously not trying to get rich here.

Ill have some pics up by the end of the night..

Hello - Shoot me an e-mail. possibly interested in the motors. Do you have pics of them ? Mainly the bottom of the head and the cylinder walls.

Ill have some pics of the motors by tonight, but I don't have the motors taken apart.

So I cannot get pics of the cylinder walls, however if there is anything else I can take snap shots of just let me know.
