is anyone out there running 19 x 8.5 on a stock body b5?? If so, please tell me your suspension, how low ur drop is, and wat size tires.. im wondering whether i can push it or not.. thanks

I know EVIL ran 19's. I'm not sure what the with was though. I believe his suspension was H&R Race with Koni shocks, bt don;t quote me on that.

I've know only one person to ride a setup like that.

19x8.5 Dronell M10's on Koni CO's. He couldn't get away w/ a setup like that w/o flaring the fenders out a bit. The fronts moreso than the rears. Ride height was ~25 1/2 all around w/ the tires just barely tucked behind the fender.

It looks totally awesome tho...

I can finally add to a suspension thread!

Bilstien Grooved Sport Shocks w/ H&R Race Springs - 18"X8" RS4 Replicas wrapped in Michelin Pilot PS2s

I've already adjusted the height twice, but I'm doing it again this weekend. Going up another 1/2" in the front and 3/8" in the back. Then it should be perfect.............

A4_2.8tuner has it but you need to change out the shocks, because they will give out...

set to about 40% stiff (dampening)





rides like a lowered car - little stiffer, but overall, still a good ride... not too harsh.

damn tre..i like the height of your car with the 19's... i was contimplating getting 18s or 19s...since 18s are just a bit too small and 19s are just a bit too big. i thought about stepped 19s w/ an 18in face.. but after seeing your pic..i think if its low enough 19s with a nice reverse lip would look pretty good. would you happen to know what height your car is sitting at?

I don't know the "exact" height...but it's about ground to fender 24.5" up front and about 24.25" rear. It took a while to find a nice height to drive every day as low as possible with minimal to no rubbing and I think I found it.
