We are happy to announce the opening of the Audizine Wiki!

This thread is for discussion pertaining to the B5 S4 Page. You can share your comments/questions/suggestions here.

While there are no hard "rules," here are a few guidelines:

Cool idea with the whole wiki thing. I started adding a bunch of exhausts and such.

Are we allowed to link to where to acquire each part, or a link to a picture of it?

Added VAST as a chip option.

Added JHM as a chip option, and added Vibrant catback, Neuspeed catback, 034 DPs and JHM True Dual under exhaust. Also added "IPP" under intercoolers.

Then added turbo kits, and created subheadings for the suspension stuff: "Coils, Springs, Sways" etc. and added the options.

I added a DIY for B5 section. not sure if I put it in the right section, if not feel free to move it where it makes more sense. But thought it would be great to add links to saved posts we have on DIY we have made such as the Ultimate DIY for Piggies.

There are many others and for those of us who have a hard time searching, this is a great way to have the good articles linked to a DIY page.

the 2.8 is bigger in displacement. the 2.7 has a higher VE but smaller displacement

If new ppl are interested in the famous stage 3 S4 and want to read/know what is reliability of the car at that level or at lowere/higher level wouldn't it be great if something about this is mentioned along the lines on S4's wiki ?

uhhhh what? What exactly are you asking? If there is correlation between what "stage" a car is and its reliability level?

The B5 S4 Page says:
"Width (1997-99): 1,733 mm (68.2 in)
Width (2000-02): 1,848 mm (72.8 in)".

I've also seen this on another S4 wiki, but not on the A4 wiki. My question is: is the wider spec for the facelift cars (per the dates) or is it for the widebody racers? 4.6" difference seems like a lot, and I might be wrong, but comparing a non-facelift A4 with a facelift S4 in my driveway, I don't see that much (or any?) difference in width.
