Here is a list of what repairs (not mods) have been done to my A6 since I bought it 2.5 years ago:
Both front wheel bearings
Both front CV boots
Hazard assembly
Brake switch
Rear middle headrest assembly
Gas tank recall
Both EGT sensors
Prop shaft seal
Rear main seal
Torque converter
Passenger side Headlight ballast
That's what I can remember off the top of my head, and thank GOD all of that work was covered under my CPO.

And if you want to learn even more about wikis in general, and specifically the one that started the worldwide trend, have a look here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:About

How about an sections for organized DIYS directly for c5 models, as well with another section of pictures of various different things...for example what different members install on their cars, a listing of what different items are i.e a6/s6/ar door blades, how much$ how to install...Im sure if we can get an organized "quick reference" guide we can get this thing to bloom.

Re: The Audizine Wiki: A6/S6/RS6/allroad (C5 Platform)
on my oo c5 a6 2.7 6sp. i have a bad shake in the gas and clutch pedals a little in the st wheel at 60-75 mph! i have changed all 4 axles, rims, wheels, rr wheel bearing, bal. tires many many times and cant get rid of it. i've seen this problem on many of the forums but have not gotten a straight answer. i work at a shop and have been working on audis for many years now but have not come across this other than bent rims, shifted belts, bad wheel bearings or bent axles. does anyone have a clue of what i may have going on?

Re: The Audizine Wiki: A6/S6/RS6/allroad (C5 Platform)
I would be interested to know how many of each were imported to the US. Is there anywhere that info can be found on the internet and added to our Wiki?
Example: I read somewhere that in 2002 there were only 800 C5 S6 imported and only 400 in 2003 to the USA.
How many 2003 RS6 sedans came to the US? What was the most common A6platform? 2.7T ?
If I get time I'll try to research this myself. Just throwing the idea out there.

So is the A6 wiki officially dead now? Seems as if no one has posted new info to it for eons.

I have the time and motivation, but not the knowledge or skill. I am useless when it comes to wiki page creation and maintenance. Sorry guys, but someone else is going to have to step up on this one. Anybody have a usefull link to a site where I can get some info and learn how to do this stuff?

Re: The Audizine Wiki: A6/S6/RS6/allroad (C5 Platform)
I'm working on a serious Wiki contribution. Myself and the other members are tired of the 100 threads that pop up a day about "how do I make my car faster" or "Can I swap RS6 windshield washer fluid in my 2.8?" I'm not a suspension guru as much as I am a motor guru, so I might need some help in that area. I originally started to make a thread, and was 4 hours deep but internet explorer had to restart
Stage 3 SSP Tuned RS4 K04'd 12.4 @ 115 on pump gas only 425AWHP/467AWTQ ALL MY MODS DONT FIT IN SIG! DAMMNITTT!
Wondering why all of the information on vag com isn't in there? Nor does it say anything about upgrading the DV's and the TBB. Doing the TBA and various other minor tricks that work on our cars would be great.
93 octane stage 1 apr tune....Vagcom stuff.....2.5inch 304stainless catback custom no restriction.....2x Forge a-line 007 DVs....Samco TBB Black http://ddsecurity.us
I know everyone is dissing the NA motors for upgrades, but a chip in my 4.2 allroad has been quite the fun upgrade. 352hp/312lb-ft with 93 Octane (340/302 on 91 Octane). So I got the Avant space for hauling the dogs, gear, etc., the big motor for towing, the height adjustable suspension to deal with winter and "chip 'n seal" roads. If only I could get it to shed a few pounds. And now that Arnott has bags and other suspension options that is one less worry with an allroad.
The allroad is not for everybody, but I have been quite happy with the change from my A4.
