I just bought my first S4 (Yay!!!!!) and I am looking for a local shop to take it to. I think I found it ( U guys), but I have 2 questions. Are these specials all the time or were they for a limited time offer kinda thing?
Also do you guys sell DP's?
Thanks guys
"Clearly, a liger is not as practical as a Katana. S4s can't carry ligers. fucking 500lb cat in my backseat using my alcantara as a scratch post for its HUGE FUCKING CLAWS? I dont' think so bro"
Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car and oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car. Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how far you take the wall with you.

Hey, I think we may have talked on the phone today. We do have B5 S4 3" DPs (will be posting them up soon). The specials are still going on
Yup, I still have the stock grey sport seats (at RAI).
Hey man sorry I haven't gotten back to you it's just that it's going to take awhile to get everything fitted up, just a lot of time. PM me and we can set something up.

Nope wasn't me lol. Could you send me some info on those DP's if possible?

Whether its Ray, Clint, Kyle or one of the other staff guys, RAI always goes out of there way to make the customer happy. The shop "closes" at 7pm. Each time I have been there, I haven't left before 9.
Oh yea. Don't forget my IM spacer for the ATW Motor <3
I gave you guys a call today (Saturday) hoping you were open during the weekend, but I guess not. I wanted to get a trans flush and oil change. I will try during the week, how late are you guys open?
we are opened saturday, sorry we missed the call. its been crazy trying to get this stuff done for h20. we are opened until at least 7 pm, usually later though.
Hey fellas, some of you might remember me, I had a monty green Mk2 with black wheels, a big cam and megasquirt. I'm at the Sunday canton gtg most weeks. I stopped by the shop a while back and bs'd for a bit. Anyway, I just sold the Mk2 last week, and picked up a black canadian B6 A4 Avant and I need to get my temp tag off. Are you guys an inspection station? I already know it needs a left front wheel bearing and the brakes need to be bled (the right way). I stopped by on my way to work this morning around 8:15, but you weren't open yet. I'll call a little later to see what's up.

We open at 10, the guys right next to us do inspections so we can get that done for you. We certainly can bleed brakes and do the wheel bearing for you
Sorry I didn't make it over there. The avant I bought is going back to the dealer tomorrow and I'll be back on the prowl for another one. It turns out that the one I bought has more issues than I feel like dealing with (bent frame, body work). Anybody sellin a B6/7 Avant, 6 speed w/ cold weather pkg?
Because they are going to be upgrading my car from the boring, old K03 to a brand spanking new CTS GT28RS eliminator kit. Should make my daily driver much more fun.
Down the road, what drop in rods do you guys recommend? How about a clutch? I plan on running the OEM clutch until it dies out from normal driving. No launches on this baby. Trying to squeeze miles out of her.
Which of those SB clutches would you choose for the GT28RS eliminator application running a 3" straight pipe exhaust that will see a handful of launches per year at the track if that.
Thanks and greatly awaiting October 19th or I may drop the car off the Friday the 16th to make things move a little faster (get that ecu out to the canucks so they can du werk)

Mike!!!!
I would do some IE rods and a Clutchmasters Stage 3
Ray, I gotta couple referrals for you, from the other spot. Lost my phone/your number. Glad I stumbled across you here, following a link to the overspun T's. Got your digits from your siggy. You'll getta call or two, they'll tell ya Jazz sent 'em.
I'll be in touch, too. My luck's finally turning the corner (so far, anyway). You still got that VR6 block layin' 'round?

long time man, im glad things are starting to go well. call me we need to catch up.
I see on your website that you do 2.0T carbon cleaning service for $150 which I'm assuming is like the BG three bottle cleaning. Do you do initial manifold-off cleaning for already crusty valves? I have an 05.5 Avant now that just clicked 100k and is showing the symptoms. How much and how long will it take?

yep $150, doesn't take too long but I would give yourself an hour or two just in case the techs are working on something
I just bought a 2004 D3 Audi A8L. It has roughly 70k miles on it so I think it is due for the timing belt service. Since I bought it preowned, I do not have any maintenance records. Is there a way you can tell if the timing belt has been changed?
Also, I've noticed that 2nd - 3rd gear shift is a little bit rough. From what I heard, this is a known problem for the A8s. Is it due for a transmission flush?
Finally, Are you guys open on the weekend? You are 1.5 hours away from me, so it would be hard for me to take off work. I am hoping you guys can complete the transmission flush and timing belt service in a day.
Right now RAI Motorsport is having $800 timing belt install special. This includes all parts, timing belt, water pump, tensioners and pulleys, also includes an RAI Motorsport Kevlar timing belt for 06A engines.

We are open on Saturdays, but it might be hard to get the timing belt and trans flush done in one day. We have to remove the whole front end to replace the timing belt.
