How do you figure?
It seems to line up with the hood and everything else.

Here ya go,
My headlights and hood alignment are exaclty the same as on this car. The grill and everything below is just the bumper. I'm gonna look inot it more.

You'd need a new hood, bumper, lower valence, grills etc... Who's to say the mounting points are the same. I'm not sure wh anyone would want the A8 to look lke that anyway.
Why do you even ask, if you already have it in your head that it will? Go get it then.

Yep,
I hated it at firs, but after seeing it at the dealer I have to agree. It looked really good on the W12.
