if i remember correctly, there are 3 10mm 12point bolts. you will need a 12-point 10mm swivel socket for the bottom one, but it is very helpful for all of them. basically, you need to raise the front, remove the wheels, disconnect the tierod ends using a 13mm and 16mm sockets/wrenches. air tools and anti-rust spray help a lot too.
there are 2 of the said 10mm bolts that face up. these are in the cowl area near the brake booster and battery. the third bolt comes from the underside, and you need to access from either the heatshield area from up top, or from underneath the car. it is on the drivers side.
you will also need to remove the drivers storage compartment (under dash panel), and disconnect the rack from the column.
there are also the 2 fluid lines (best to loosen these before removing the 3 10mm bolts). 19mm and 17mm iirc. make sure to bleed your power steering afterwards. and you will also need an alignment after transfering the tie rod ends.
