Nice prices!
But I am still wondering about the 95.5mm TDI crank in an 06a block.....assuming one was to use the 144mm Rods, what is the appropriate piston height for this combination? And what kind of machining is necessary to shorten the crank. All I've read is that one would need our 1.8T oil pump gear and 60-2 crank sensor ring....true? false?

Those are fine!
I didnt include the 95.5mm stroker kit because it is not a popular seller with the 1.8T crowd.Maybe in a couple of years 
I am actually building a custom 2.1 short block for a customer right now using an ALH crank & stroker pistons.
With 144mm + 95.5mm crank in a 220mm 06A block you are looking @ a compression height of : 28.25mm
The ALH Cranks allready have the correct oil pump gear on them.VW only changed the design of the oil pump in the later 2.0 MKIV bettles & MKV GTI.

Roughly 2091cc if im right with 83.5mm pistons. Which i am probably not.

At that point you might as well run an ABA or TDI block....
The only 95.5mm crank that will work for you is the AAZ and those are hard to find new.

thanks issam for putting it all in one place for us. i think ill be going the route of rods/aeb pistons when i upgrade, but if i come into a substantial amount of fund-age, i will be coming to you guys for a vr6t buildup....

1- any ETA on 11mm ARP head studs? i know i asked you before and you said a few months but its rapidly getting closer to when im going to be needing those.
2- how much are you charging to do IM shaft machining if i send mine to you, or do a core charge swap thing?
3- those billet main bearing caps would require line boring/honing correct?

if someone were to get the 2.0 stroker for the 058 block and also buy cams, exhaust valves, valve springs, retainers, and other parts for the head....would they need tuning to install and run this?

So I have a spare 1.8t and a spare 1.9 TDI sitting in the shop..... What can I do? The TDI had a valve go through the piston (literally) and the 1.8t the dealer told him the engine was bad so we got him a new one even though we drove it in and it didn't knock. Whats the cheapest way to do something to this engine?

The 1.8t is an ATW according to the head there are pix in the link for it in my sig. I really need to find out what the TDI is though.

Does anyone have a rough guesstimate of the cost to install the 2.0 stroker kit with the crank and rods??? Not including all the extra parts like bushings ... etc???

Average 8 hours to remove and disassemble motor and 8 hours to put it back together.That does not include the machine work.
Do it yourself...if you are on a forum then you are more than capable.

I don't know anyone in that area, otherwise I'd point you in the right direction. All the people I know are on this side of the Mississippi pretty much.
