What downpipe did you order? This one for their 3" exhaust? http://www.034motorsport.com/product...ducts_id=18952 I plan to order that one soon for their 3" exhaust thats in my garage.

Reason i ask is because i dont see a downpipe from the turbo like this one for the ATP mani, http://www.atpturbo.com/Merchant2/me...Code=AUDIVW-DP

    Re: A4tsleeper's slow GT2860rs build

ahh so its pretty much the same thing as the vbanded atp one?

I was gonna fork out the cash for one new when i was buying my setup, but I stumbled on someone parting out a similar setup and snatched up a bunch of parts for the price of a new DP

Are you just going to custom make a WG extension and dump tube? If so i would def recommend running a brace, mine cracked once already.

    Re: A4tsleeper's slow GT2860rs build

This is the WG extension I bought from another member. The top weld was where it cracked on me the first time, and I just rewelded it. I dont know if he made it in two pieces and welded it together. Or it cracked on him and he rewelded it. I think he may have just made it in two pieces though.

That bar that is welded to both flanges helps a bit too. It helped by not letting the WG fall out of the bottom of the car when it cracked completely around haha.

Im thinking of making something that attaches to one of the WG bolts and bolts to the top of the motor mount. As you can see, the exhaust stains on the heatshield from when it cracked the first time.

Just got my parts in from 034. Thanks again guys for the goodies!

    turbo brace

    catch can

big port to small port intake spacer

    downpipe/ test pipe.

With the downpipe I got the studs to connect it to the exhaust and didn't get a gasket. What gasket do I need to get as well as another flange so I can get it connected?

The BOV just needs to have the vacuum line go to the front nipple of the IM. You have it correct in the diagram. Not posotive on tbe boost controller. But this is how I was told to route my "manual" controller when I get everything installed. THe top nipple "is not" to be vented, like most believe and do. You connect the side and top nipple of the wastegate to a t-fitting and that would be your wastegate line for your boost controller. And the boost pressure source configuration really never changes (just some things neded, like a turbo that does not have a boost pressure source nipple would need to have one added).

If you have a pdf file for the AEM install, I will try and assist.
