I didnt say that. What I said was we have raced several times both of us at 24psi on 93 octane and meth injection in both cars. While driving down the road I will pull away from him running from like 40mph up to 120mph.
His car at the track with that exact setup (24psi running 93 and meth) was able to run a 12.5

Those who say it can't be done should get out of the way of those who are doing it.
119mph traps w/ 437whp/392wtq dyno jet power on 93 octane and washer fluid injection
527whp/576wtq White Pano E55 AMG 11.69@120mph on street tires
And yes, this car will never see the track, it sucks but that's life... That's not what the car is built for anyways, it would have a solid lifter head and 4088 for that, or a HTA T04Z for a street/strip combo...

David honestly, I could say since I have a bigger turbo than Jake's car that I could make more power, but everyone would just tell me to get it running. Its the same way that you cant say "well, since A beat B, and B beat C, I also beat C" it just doesnt work like that. I know your a good driver, we will see what happens when you get to the track
Yes but you dont understand that I am also working with that my car has ran a 12.75 before in the past and my car is much faster than that now. You dont think that I have picked up a measly .2 seconds at minimum?

i get what your saying but jake could have told you unitronics was going to make power but you didnt jump ship on revo until it did
Until Jake's father's car just got tuned there wasnt an option for me other than dropping my car off at a shop somewhere that is extremely far from me no matter what tuner I chose. I could have purchased the Uni 630cc file and been right where I am now with Revo running 630, that being out of fuel needing a bigger injector tune. I was waiting for Revo but they havent produced anything except whatever Dave may have going on now which I know nothing about and wasnt ever contacted to try so I now have an option of a bigger than 630cc tune which happens to be Uni so I am going to go with it. Everyone is running 630cc injectors until just now with this tune. But clearly I need larger than 630s

I would hope so since I'm stretching those 630s pretty far. But I am also running my turbo well beyond its 'sweet spot'.

Tapp has always had a file, and Uni has had an 870cc file also

Interesting, I knew nothing about this. But if he does have a file then why is winston fooling with a 630cc file and going back and forth with datalogs trying to get something to work after he had that 38xwhp race gas dyno which he found to be maxing his injectors?
Wonder why Tapp doesnt/didnt give him a larger injector file instead of him still fooling around with the other one.

cause he "doesnt want to get a resistor box for the 1000ccs "
I have the 1000cc file in my possession right now
People are just scared to try anything that hasnt been done by anyone else, this forum is very annoying in that sense... Audi people as a whole suck
trust me - i'm ready to go there.. but uni doesn't have a 1000cc tune for me
my car would already be running that and a 9k rpm rev limiter if they did
Okay now before I blow all of this money on building a 2.0. I need you guys to tell me the difference in horsepower I should expect to see if I run the same -
Okay, well now I need B6lovin to get the same file and test this theory out
Just as it was stated, your looking at a 3071R vs a 3076R... No cams vs. cams, AEB vs small port. Way too many factors. Like I said, EdsGTI on Vortex made 680fwhp with a 1.8L, you are just going to have to rev the shit out of the head

Yes I understand that, but you never ran against his car with the setup that ran 12.1 and as we know there is a huge difference between 12.1 and 12.5. Thats I all was saying. As for the B6's running low 12's and into the 11's, yes they should be able to do that with power like what Jakes dad's car is making.
I think David is leaving out one important factor ------------------------ Driver. Remember, he couldn't even break 12s while driving it himself!
My guess is thats because they guy could not launch the car. Their races on the street were from a roll. When it comes to drag racing at the track the driver makes a huge difference.

I give up. My car probably doesn't even break into the 12s...
exactly!
not sure why you even care to argue this stuff on here. none of this matters in the real world. just have fun driving your car and enjoy it. if you are modding/driving your car for anyone else but yourself, you have a problem
