This involves REVO software and a EuroCode exclusive fueling kit. The fueling kit is comprised of a new mass air flow sensor, map sensor and injectors...
All of these items, along with the retune is allowing my car to run 30psi on the N75.
The initial fuel I am using is Shell V-power 91 octane (because I had a full tank).
Last night we were able to successfully run 26.5psi on the N75 on 91 octane, however right now I have it set at 26.5psi and it will hold this to redline in fifth gear with only a 27.7psi boost spike in the lower gears.
We will attempt to drain the tank today and fill up with VP MS109 to see how things go with race gas.
I have no actual numbers to share because we have not hit the dyno yet, however the car rips like friggen crazy through traffic, the boost response with this fueling kit is awesome, it is nice to be able to modulate the boost with the acellerator pedal.
I will chime in in a bit to let you guys know how things are coming as the day progresses.
<cliff notes>New MAF, MAP, Injectors and retune=up to 34psi on the N75</cliff notes>

Reason: revise title
Greg,
Def interested to see some dyno graphs of your setup now. Do you think it has more in the mid/lower rpms? How about spool time?
Right after I bought that OEM SMIC from you I got a deal on AWE exhaust/FMIC...so it got tossed into storage after like 2 months .
My clutch just gave out so the last thing for me to do is a BT upgrade after I get my ECS RA4 stg 3 clutch in. I'm really only looking into the GTRS/71R/2871RS as I'm not dumping too much more into building my engine. I saw on your previous dyno's that your setup dosen't hit peak boost till the upper RPMs which is why I'm leaning toward the GTRS (I'm not trying to start another one of these GTRS/2871 debates!!!!)..anyhow...I'm def interested is seeing some of your new #'s if you go to the dyno.
Oh, is your Ecode fueling kit on their product list yet or still indevelopement?
Silver Trunk (Great condition)
Pass. side timing belt cover (2.8 Brand New)
AC Lines and Condesor
Stock Fuel Rail with FPR
034 Lower Compression Headgaskets
Misc. oil and coolant lines
Misc. brackets
Misc. AN Fittings and braided lines.
I am running a 28series turbo in the mid 20psi range daily.
Maybe I should edit that, I meant a Eliminator turbo. Sorry. I thought that everyone was bitchin about the fact that the Elim housing limited that output of the turbo.
Basically David is trying to put together a solution for those who already have the GTRS and or any other turbo setup running on REVO tuning...
His data also shows that these fueling components can be used on other software manufacturers that use the N75 to control boost (APR, GIAC), however they will need to be tested as well.
Because he was been so focused on the B5 S4 last year, he did not devote the time he would have liked to with the B6, however some folks are just looking for a little bit more.
My whole goal with this is to remove my eBoost and have a 100% OEM+ looking interior as well as engine bay in this car.

everyday I change my mind on staying 1.8 or doing a 2.0. I think a built 1.8 with a done up head with a good tune like this (lets pray) will do the trick.
Sure enough I will change my mind by end of the day. Keep us posted greg!

Sounds promising Greg. I just hope the motor holds together.
Did you install an aftermarket MAP sensor?
Define aftermarket?
Just because the 71R will run 33psi, does not mean I am going to do it...26.5psi seems to bee the best all around number and is pretty much the threshold of my fueling for 91 octane.
Some of the positives...ER Comp stays right in the 38-40 degree range, even after multiple high boost passes, EGTs never were maxed out, rarely even hit 900*, the idle is a perfect 1:1 ratio.

Straight N75, my eBoost is only in the car right now to serve as a boost gauge. The N249 output is plugged and the DV is running straight off of the intake manifold.
