Nothing really new on the engine other than getting everything back on it (still WIP). I will get some pics of the engine bay once it is painted! Right now I am shooting to have it all painted by Sunday.

That's super fucking hawt. You should coat all the nuts and bolts the color of the crank for the valve cover, turbo, and both manifolds. I think that would set it off or just use a lesser amount of nuts/bolts, but it would look sweet :) I'm liking where this is going. I want to shave my bay this summer when the summer days get filled with void and hitting switches gets boring.

Hydros. No air. Seems these are the best route for quattro since, as someone mentioned to me, the bags sit offset bc of the rear strut location so it eventually will wear and pop it. I know k-sport makes bags, but 4k wowzers! We all have probally heard plenty of horors stories of k-sport. I just wish I could find a few guys to get a garage so I could do all my body work in it like your lucky ass has lol. I'm going broke to hopefuly become rich. The ride will fun with no doubt. Antisipating seeing this bay......New mirrors yet :P ?

Mirrors are staying unless I can find something I like more

Last winter I was pretty set of doing bags, but after looking into it more I decided that would not be the best situation getting the rears to work.

I will be very interested in your project once it is up and going!

The CF was really a suprise to me, because I thought I was getting normal fiberglass FRP crap. He also gave me a extra yard of the suede for my door cards!

I can't WAIT til I can afford some nice seats like that....but I'm more of a Recaro Sport Topline fan myself.....altho Status seats are just BALLER, and will suit your car very well, now that its no longer a DD

How much do those weigh? you gonna be tying in a lil more CF in the interior this time around?.....you haven't yet revealed many secrets, my friend....the suspense is KILLIN me,, lol

They are pretty light. I will put them on a scale when I bring them to the shop.

Nothing on the interior has been revealed because it hasn't been done yet!

I have about one night a week to work on my A4 because I am also trying to remodel a house at night...

Wow, those are light! A set I was looking at were like 28lbs a piece, I changed my mind needless to say. Save a lot of weight since there like the fixed bucket seat? (dont know the proper term haha)

Snapped a couple pics today after work... Hopefully I will be getting the engine bay painted and installing the motor here in the next couple days.

Somewhat all put together. Still need to tighten all the bolts

Yea they are leftover from the last year. Thats pretty much the least of my concerns right now. I have toons of work to do before this thing sees the road... but, they will be changed out for black.
