I paid $42k to a private seller 7 months ago for a 25quattro with 6900 miles. Given the subsequent market decline and significantly higher mileage, pismojeff's suggestion seems reasonable. I would personally assign ~$2500 of extra value to it being CPO, if you plan to keep it a good while.
