Id imagine that the requested boost would be higher than actual boost since the turbo will take a bit of time to spool. Can you post a log to show what you mean? Im not sure what year your car is, but im guessing your on a me7 ecu and your using the n75 to control boost.
I would try checking things like: make sure the manifold isnt loose, make sure the WG isnt loose, check for boost leaks and vaccum leaks. how many psi are you at by 4500ish

It may be my O2 sensor, I checked my codes today and ones not responding, it's pissing me off b/c I just replaced them with ones from the stealership, if they crapped out I'm gonna be bullshit, that would cause it to run like shit too, Im not running an MAF so my tune is based off of my MAP sensor and O2 readings...
Make sure, bank 1 is the only o2 that matter. bank 2 is just that one thats there to satisfy emissions and say if you have a cat or not. Lets see them logs and compression results

these were the codes I pulled, looks like its sensor two, I'll check to make sure a wire didnt drop and burn, but I dont think it would have...I've gotten the misfires since the tunes been done, but the knock sensor is new...I'm going to clear them and see what comes back and make sure there is nothing there from when I put the new head on.
You look like you have rich and lean (assuming because of the knock code) conditions and boost levels lower than requested are you sure it's not a boost leak?

I can't be 100% sure, but I am almost positive that I dont, the only place I would is at my BOV so I'll have to check that.
I'll run those logs either tomorrow or Monday evening and post what I've found. I wish I had time to get to this stuff tonight but I just don't.
Thanks for your input fellas, I'd be lost w/out it.

oh yeah, my build thread...
I changed the plugs and smoothed out a little but still misses like crazy, ran some logs, under WOT cyl 1&3 miss, but all throw codes, compression is low 105-110 across the board (the guys at East Coast European played a trick on me while reading the compression tester while I turned over the engine; they told me cylinder 4 was at 25psi and I punched my steering wheel so hard my wipers went on, they thought it was funny.)
so we sent the logs to Minhea (MRC Tuning) and waiting for a response.
probably MAP sensor or boost sensor but I'll know better this week.
Edited!

105-110? That is beyond low unless you are running something lower then 8:1 CR.
Same as me, so you should be right around 150-160 psi.

You want to do a leak down because you most likely have a leak causing it to read so low and being that low would cause the car to misfire since the pressure in the cylinders is much lower then what the ecu is tuned for.
well, mind running me through a thorough leak down test? I have yet to do one so I'm not even sure what to look for...I wonder why this is happening all of a sudden.
