Project Ur S6 Avant Phase 4 - New Wheels
The final phase of external body modifications is complete. Everything after this will be engine/performance mods. Phase 5 will include a new exhaust and a boost guage to see what the Stage 1 MTM chip is doing.
At any rate, Phase 4 of the build includes a set of 18"x8.5" RH ZW4 wheels with an offset of ET 59. It's a two-piece wheel with a painted silver center and a polished lip. These are wrapped in 225/40/18 Pirelli PZero Nero rubber. I've admired (AKA: lusted) and wanted this wheel for quite some time, and felt that no other setup would/could suit this car better. I have to give thanks to Stephen and the crew at GMP Performance for getting these to me.
In case you missed my other recent thread concerning this new setup, the coilovers are now sitting as low as they can go in the front. Shorter springs will be necessary should I want to go lower. I'll put some miles on the car as is first before going that route. Thanks again also to 034 Motorsport for their recent help with the car.
The first two photos were taken just before the sun had gone behind the nearest highest building, hence the difference in color/hue. The last four were taken just after the sun had mellowed. Please enjoy.

Dayum! That S6 looks awesome Anthony! Complete package for sure. 
Just swap those orange corner light bulbs... 
BTW, have you considered doing an OEM HID retrofit on your stock projectors? It would work really nicely.

ZOMG! Amazing Anthony, I love it. HID's would be a cool retro-fit, and blacking out the projector housing would look clean.
Also, maybe we should start a poll to see how long it is before you get those new struts, LOL.

Your car is absolutely stunning! Those wheels look like they were made for that car. Beautiful example of a classic. Congrats and enjoy.

looks great! as someone else said, you should do HID retrofit. 4300K would look great on this classic and have excellent light output. Also, silver corner bulbs will look good.

OK fine, new blinker bulbs will be coming soon just for you.  And the previous owner actually retrofitted a HID kit for me, so I'm set there.

Man where have you been!? I've had this badboy for awhile now. This is my fourth major thread write-up on it in more than as many months. I'm going to update my sig with the progress threads.
Thanks again to everyone else who commented. It's been a great buildup so far, and I am just loving this car (and the engine) more and more every day.

beautiful Anth! I will be honest, I wasnt really feeling the buildup until now. What a great choice in wheels. It really brought the whole project together. Awesome job and props for having the balls to try something different.

Why thank you. I'm really happy with how the car's turning out. Also really stoked on how the second to last pic came out, the one with the "High Voltage" sign. If only that crap wasn't on the fence...

please dont lower it anymore. it would totally ruin the perfect look of the car.
the dumped look is fucking gross, not to mention wholly impractical. It kind of takes away from the whole, clean, functional, classy look of a nicely done Avant.

Well I don't want the thing fully tucked and rubbing, hell I'm 33. The current ride height is almost perfect.
