Second: Just buy a B6. No use buying a B7 when all you can use is the front doors... All the parts except the rear fenders are bolt on as you know.
Good luck, and have fun! :)
Hi Billi, I finnally got all the bits i needed. Just started on it this week. Taken all the front end of. Tried putting the front pannel on i.e the part that hold the radiator. But the large intercooler pipe that runs across the front of the car seems to be in the way. Did you have the same problem or am i doing something wrong. It seems like i'l have to trim the front slam pannel from the bottom to fit it in. or move the pipe lower down. PLease can you help. It would be much appreciated.

Thanks for the inspiration..
Thank you!.. and you are welcome:)
Sorry there is no updates on the car these days.
Seems im spending all my time with my daughter or building my garage..
Look forward to finishing it and having my car inside.
Ok so I been seeing all of these B6 to B7 RS4 Conversion and I been tempted to go for one my self. I looked at the hofele kits, but they just dont seem right. So how hard is this mod. Is it really as simple as getting a RS4 front, hood, lights, and fenders and bring it to my body shop? Some tell me its almost a direct bolt on, some says its hard as helll to do. No ones really written a tutoiral on it either. So for the people that have done so, any insight on whether I should do it?

this is probably one of the baddest cars i've had the pleasure of seeing built on the internet. period. you and your friend should be very proud!!!
i suppose i'd be tempted to be one of those who'd dog you on the engine, but the truth is, i think it's actually kind of cool! i agree if you decide to go with a more power you should seek one of the bigger diesel engines. to me, i think sticking a tricked out diesel in a car YOU created would be a great homage to Audi's motorsport spirit. maybe it's just me ...
anyway, don't waste your breath on the detractors. people here are dumb and literacy seems to be less and less of a priority, so if they can't read the reasons you've done what you've done, then don't even respond. you have many that are impressed and respect your car and you can count me among them.
on an unrelated note, i've always wanted to visit Norway and hope i get to do it some day. also, congratulations on your daughter.
The dude that loves cars with character: raw, rambunctious road manners, angry triangles and four devilish rings ...

Good to hear from you! and nice to know there are other diesel-fans out there:)
Im spending all my money on my garage nowadays, so the engine is not a priority now... :( ..getting ready to put on my winterset of wheels soon.
We will probably have snow when i get back from Las Vegas and SEMA show!
Anybody else going??? :)

You can use the volume buttons ..
