0000VW, I just got my Audi a little less than a month ago, so I'm a new Audi owner. And I just saw a newer A6 this morning on my way to work, very nice. So I guess that makes at least 3, lol.

i met a few ppl when we used to go to exit 18, but far as he goes i dont think ive met him. i frequented INC forum when i first moved to nc because i have a supercharged integra gsr. im on here now because i was looking to get into the S4 scene and just buying into s Stg3+ setup. Im very good friends with steve, owner of APR but i havent talked to him in 2 years. Always wanted to own a S4 but im in a bind because i just finished school and im moving to arizona to train for audi. I got money saved to buy a car but its Been hard as hell tho to get a buyer because they never reply back or they have a car thats way to far away. i might just get another used evo8 instead.

yea, i just have like a 2 week time frame to get a car, i rather own the audi but i need another vehicle before i move. im still holding out for a few s4's for sale but the communication is being difficult. i guess cash in hand doesnt mean much anymore =/

how big are the meets usually? mostly students?
I'd like to come but am booked next two week-ends, so the one after that maybe.

ill be gone after this friday, but the meetings are usually 50+ cars strong, the whole upper level is packed. summer is here and ppl are starting to come out, it was just a few cars but its gotten pretty big. there are more than just students, maybe 50/50. everyone one is welcome to come!

Bouncing up to NY this weekend for some family ish... but i this next week possibly on a friday about six or so i usually have to work until 4 and since i am rolling up to NY i will not have any days off next week. lets make it happen though. i know on Thursdays a bunch of VW's meet up in Greensboro never been to see if some Audi's are in the mix.

I know gas is OUTRAGIOUS (sp?) and all but there are some HUGE parking lots at the newly built Wake Forest Stadium in WInston Salem.

Let's see some pics of the car, so I can know who to honk at. I saw a red B6 A4 yesterday, but it was some frumpy looking old lady driving it. Didn't think it was anyone on here.

*Side note, does anyone in the area have a fully licensed Vag-com? I need to clear some codes. Beer, coffee, steak, you tell me.

I have one, but it's not licensed, and it doesn't seem to want to let me clear any codes. I had someone tell me to try to clear them one at a time, so I might try that this weekend (on top of changing the rear pads, turning the rotors [I hope], painting the calipers and maybe my wheels)...

If you are interested in a NC European automotive forum, check out nceuro.org. It use to be an Audi specific forum until the BMW owners started taking over. We have a meet at the beginning of each month. It would be pretty hilarious if we could get a huge Audi showing at one of the meets. The next meet date will be July 1st (the first Tuesday of every month) if I am not mistaken, but there is no info of where it will take place yet. Here is a thread of how this past June's meet went...

I'm the founder/organizer of the meets on UNCC's campus friday nights. This past friday we has 112 cars. It's an awesome thing we have going where car enthusiasts came come and relax, and not be worried about being run off by the police due to the space specifically being reserved for these meets, and the campus police being 100% aware of what goes on up there. I'm very strict with the rules (no speeding on campus, no racing on campus, no speeding/reving in the parking deck, no drinking, ect). It's mostly a younger crowd <25, but EVERYONE is more than welcome to come out. For the most part everyone behaves, and follows the rules and it's been great so far. Please, I hate being the only audi out there.....I need some of my brethren out there! The meets are late 10pm + so it gives everyone time to be off work.

^^^Interesting, I'll have to keep an eye out. I'm only on I40 for about 5 minutes in the morning, but it's around 7:45 usually. Before that I'm on 52 for about 15 - 20 minutes.

Im on 52 at around 7am for about 10 minutes then getting off at akron dr exit.
