What grill to purchase for my B7/S4 ?

So it's time for the grill upgrade on my black 2006 S4. I am stuck b/w 2: The RS4 black optic grill with black filler-plate(right), or the S-Line Titanium package grill with black filler plate(left)? Any input? If anyone has installed any of these grills, pics would be greatly appreciated.

thanks. I have always said it would be the RS4 grill but something about the unique factor of the black S-Line grill on an S4 might be worth looking at. However, you can't go wrong with the RS4.

Leaning all black RS4 grill will compliment nicely. Then of course I would have to match the lower rear bumper to the all black filler plate.

I installed the regular RS4 grill w/ the silver trim and a black filler plate on my black 07 but out of the two that you posted I'd have to say the RS4 grill is a better look than the S line.

If you're only doing the center grill, I'd say to do the S-line titanium package. The RS4 center with the stock lower side grills will look odd in my opinion.

The black window trim set me back around 700$ with OEM parts and the installation costs. Apparently, you have to change the tiny glass windows in the back because the glass and seal are one piece. The windows were only 78$ a piece. The whole mod was a little pricy, but after all, I am very happy with the outcome. It really sets this S4 apart from others and still maintains a factory look.

Did the dealer do all the trim replacement or did you go somewhere else? You wouldn't happen to have the part numbers for all the trim pieces black and windows?

I had an authorize Audi Body Shop do the replacement. The car was in the shop anyway (the truck driver scratched the hell out of the front bumper when he delivered the car to me). Had not even driven it yet. So I figured it was the perfect time to do the trim. What I did was take a VIN# from an RS4 with the titanium package for the parts. I have all the paperwork if you would like me to fax it to you. Not sure if the part #'s are on there. I will check. At least you can get an idea of all the parts you will need.
I highly recommend the black trim. I really like the way it looks. The 'chrome window trim' is riveted in there, so I highly recommend someone who knows Audi cars well to do the exchange.
