wipers were moving VERY slowly and showing signs of corrosion, pulled the whole assembly out of the car after removing the ECM box, and proceeded to remove/clean/lube/reinstall the wiper transmission. during the removal process the forged part of the frame snapped - it was amazing how much corrosion was in there

Yea my dumb ass was the one that broke it trying to pound it out with a rubber mallet! I had to fix mine as well and it was cake compared to his, they were gnarly!

PS. Looking for some cool silver or gun metal 18" rims, no chrome or black. I'm liking RS4 reps, TSW Snetterons, TSW Crofts or like style rim.

If you live in the sandy/draper area there is a quick drive up to highland called traverse ridge road. Long sweeping turns and I haven't seen enforcement there, yet.

Other than that fairview canyon is a great drive/ride (if you have a motorcycle).

Goods: clean interior (except glass/dash). sport trim. trans has 900 miles on it. timing belt <6k miles. S4 control arm/tr end/sway link kit has 220 miles on it.

you're not going to want to repair - you'll be buying the motor/trans/interior

i know you'd sell the hatch in a heartbeat. the car's going to be a stock 1.8t avant, airbags have never been deployed, interior is super clean, motor has a fresh timing belt on it

i'm short on 2 things for a part out: space, time. if you have space, i can find the time and split some of the money with you - but, parting a car in a condo complex just WON'T happen

We are meeting up Tuesday nights in Provo just off of Freedom at about 545 N. at 6pm.

We want to get more Audi's there, so far there have only been a few of us. We want to get something going down here so come check it out! It's good times and because it's Utah County we're all designated drivers! Just kidding. But we chat cars, organize drives (which due to the weather may be a bit delayed til spring) but we're always down for a canyon run, or a cruise or whatever! So come, bring you S4, RS4, Avants, anything as long as it has 4 rings on it!
