Springs and sway-bars are the GMG setup which I believe is manufactured by Eibach. Wheels are HRE M40 20x9.5 all around.

Wonder why the trend seems to be having the spokes extend out to the edge on most wheels? Would love to see Hartmann come out with a BBS style with 1" lip or even a Euromesh with a lip.

Historically many Audi brake calipers come out so far that they leave no room to run a wheel with a lip. The B5 S4, B7 A4, and the RS models leave almost no room between the face of the caliper and the spoke of the wheel. The calipers on the B8s are very skinny by comparison.

Thanks Skyler. I also liked your answer on offset in another thread. Never thought that having too much could lead to the tires spraying dirt and stones onto the fenders. Good stuff.

OEM RS4 wouldn't be a direct fit, RS4's use a 57.1 centerbore and the A5/S5 use 66.6. RS4's are also a low offset fitment, so it would probably poke quite a bit

I doubt it would poke that much...

OEM A5/S5 wheels are 8.5 wide ET32. OEM RS4's are 9 wide ET 29.
you'd move 9mm outwards, and lose 3mm of inner clearance due to the wider wheel.

either way, you'd be better off getting the RS4 style wheel that was an option on the Euro A5/S5 as it would already have the right center bore.

Man...it's too bad Velocity Motoring can't make the V710 and the V708 in a 20". They would sell a pant load of them. After all these custom wheel pics these 2 styles look the best on a lowered S5 IMO.

some better photos with my winter setup. hartmann RS4 reps. spaced out a little too much in the rear from a function standpoint. will be sinking them in a bit to keep the body spray minimized.

HRS4 252-HB, 19x8.5 ET25 with 5/15 front/rear spacers. I plan on putting the rears at 5 as well to limit the body spray. Something like 10/15 probably looks the best, but these are for winter so I want them tucked in a bit.

I didn't like Petrol wheels when I saw them in print but this is a sick lookin' ride. Very Nice! May have to give Petrols another look.

I find the gap and wheel offset perfect and wanted to do the same for my car.
