I will be the last person to give praise to a stealership so I can only give recognition to specific individuals. If you absolutely have to go to the dealer for service go see Lee Fierro. I didn't realize it at the time but he is on this board as LV2000. From the very beginning he treated me like a fellow Audi enthusiast and not just another customer he had to deal with before he could go take a break, or some shit like that. Every other time I have been there I have dealt with other people and felt like I might as well be standing in line to check out at the grocery store.
Even if he was just faking it and feigning interest...at least he did that and mentioned how he too has an S4 and had some of the similar problems that I had (which really helped when having to describe the problems I was having). Nobody else there that I have ever dealt with even mentioned that they drive an Audi or bother to ask me how I like my car. He was totally down to earth and even managed to get me a loaner...a first, every other time it was too bad so sad.
I realize this is an older post however, nothing has changed in regards to Lee and his incredible service. I ran across this post while cruising around the site as a new member. Bought my first B7 A4 Sline at Desert back in Nov '07. I've had 2 S4s, a Q5 (wife) and now a 2012 Q7 (wife) and another B8 S4. My work takes me out of the country from time to time and Lee takes care of us at a level that is just infinitely above and beyond. He addresses and resolves and question or problem my wife may have in my absence no matter how ridiculous (love u honey) as if she were rolling up there in an R8 GT. We simply refuse to see anyone else up there. Lv2000 is not only our "service guy", he has become a close family friend in the process!
Lee the best person there hands down. He has always gone the extra mile to help me and my friends out, and always taken really good care of me. If you have an Audi in Vegas he is a must know person.

All- due to very unfortunate circumstances outside of Lee's control, Lee was let go from Desert. IMO he was given the shaft and the service manager used an incident that Lee was not involved in to cut him loose. I think we all need to contact Desert Audi, voice our protest and, if Lee is not brought back then we take all of our service and sales business elsewhere. Desert isn't the only Audi dealer in Las Vegas.

Funny...looking back to when I first posted this was my first time I met Lee. Since then he had become a trusted friend and even attended my wedding. How anyone could have been so shortsighted to let an asset like Lee go, is just amazing to me...granted, I don't know the particulars of the exact circumstances. But, I do know I will NEVER be back to Desert Audi. Times that I had been waiting to pick up my car...actually I should say waiting for it to be washed, Lee ALWAYS had my car washed, I have observed how the other service guys treated their customers meanwhile I have watched people bring Lee gift bags, wine, lunch that weren't even there for service...they just stopped by to see Lee. Management should have been keen enough to observe that too and recognize that there is a reason why that was happening. And moreover a reason why it was NOT happening for everyone else.

just now saw this, are you kidding me? I usually use Hardey when i go down there but Lee has also helped me out many times!! Hell he even gave me some advice on what to run as a static setup for suspension because i wanted to get low & maintain ride quality. dealerships always let the good ones go....
