Nogaro Blue S4 Sedan at Bally's Gym in Wilsonville. I have seen it there a few times. Lowered, tint, stock AVUS wheels. Nice car.

Saw that silver B5 2.8 with wheels, suspension, Rieger RS4 front in Lake Oswego the one I see a lot by the bike shop and the pub in downtown L.O. Was next to him and talk to him a bit in traffic. I was in the Outback.

Maserati is not much more expensive than Audi A8 or baseline Porsche 997 Carrera (to include the Maserati Quattroporte which sells for about $90K). Ron Tonkin GranTurismo sells them quite frequently as their step down from the Ferrari product. Not certain but I think Ferrari may still own Maserati, but I had heard rumor some time ago they were planning to dump it.
