Re: Forum users rides
GMP Performance in Charlotte. They ship all over the US and are a great shop. I parked my car near a buddy's 6 that has a spoiler from the factory and you could not tell the difference!
here's his car by the way, it is real sweet!

Eclimax
Yeah the allroad headlights are direct bolt on. They fit right in as long as you get the right year for your car. The HIDs are just plug and play, I just installed them and plugged socket and I had HID's. I got mine on EBAY for less than 200.00 for both they just had broken headlight tabs at the top, easily fixed with replacements from ECS. My best bet would be to find someone selling them or buy them new but the price is ridiculous, about 700.00 . I wanted the different headlight look , so I painted the housings black and replaced the shroud with the chrome one on the factory headlamps.

Re: Forum users rides
lol how about I buy them from you now for $400 :)
great looking cars in this post!
one can definetly see which way to go, we have guy with dropped A6 on 20's, another with euro bbs wheels, so for comparison anyone should be able to tell which look they like more
I like the way 20's look, but I'm not sure how exactly that would work with k04's ;)
maybe I'll get mine runing soon with some minor mods and then get some new pics

My 20's with 225/30/20 tires are the exact same diameter as the stock 16's and stock tiresand they actually weight about the same... When I picked them up for the first time, I was amazed at how light they were for such a big wheel.

Re: Forum users rides
Amish, I'd love to have same set as yours, yours are not chrome? silver right? where did you get them at?
there are a couple more that look like it that I like, Zenetti Heir, Drive Don, D'Vinci Blade, Mandrus Emil, Arelli Geneva
how low are you?
and nice on the weight, that would be my concern - same weight and size is nice, otherwise the wheels will be very heavy and no point in having a stage 3 then really

Brushed aluminum. Available in 20x 8.5 and 20x9.5 mmr design hr3's
I'm not sure how low i am right now somewhere around a 4" drop or so maybe a bit less. the front mudflaps are exactly 1" off the ground.

what are you dropped with and what's the setting? I think Vogtland makes good stuff so I was looking at them from PureMS, if not then H&R

The mudflaps are rubber (stock), and yes they scrape on everything but they just bend out and really don't get damaged what so ever. I'm running kw coils and even at it's current ride height, the ride quality is great. I'm not really into the whole street racing scene, but with the car having the REVO software I can tell you it pulls GT mustangs, VR6's and a Very nice oldschool local Nova like they are all standing still.

Re: Forum users rides
This is the latest outfit on my ride.
Gigi and some buddies were talkin bout modifying front grills on other topic. OEM frontgrill is super easy to cover with some mattblack 3M tape and heat blower... holds better than paint and it´ll last...
if somebody wants to do a replica of my "lord of the rings" front grill, i think it´s easy to find some aluminium mesh like that at local hardwarestore or some welding company..
